Game of Bricks Reviews 

I was attracted to the Lego light kits by Game of Bricks because of their competitive pricing (often half or even third of the pricing of other older and more established brands!), while still exuding quality, but also because reviews stated that their customer service was excellent if any problem . I can now attest to both things: I love their products, and the customer service (which we needed) was outstanding. First we outfitted our Notre Dame with lights and it looked gorgeous, all the while with minimal showing of cables, especially when viewed from a little distance. Be prepared for some very tricky and minute wriggling and fitting, which will take more time than you would think, but we actually enjoyed the process and it made the pay-off even more enjoyable (and I think it will be the same with the other brands to be honest, judging from video about fitting those to sets). We still have Rivendell, Christmas Tree and Enterprise D light kits to go! And secondly, we had a slightly faulty string of lights out of the box, and when I contacted customer service through an email, I immediately got an answer the same day and they helped me through the process of getting an replacement. They ask you to go through some troubleshooting steps and provide a picture of the element out of the manual, which I think helps them prevent sending wrong things, so very thorough. They were also very nice and helpful in their communication. Highly recommended!

After hours of installing the lights we found out that those from the first floor didn’t work. Within a few hours after e-mailing Game of Bricks they were on it and asked to do a few manipulations so they could figure out what the problem was. They send a replacement set for the part needed and afterwards everything worked as it should.

Ordered the milenium falcon set as a christmas gift for my partner. Probably due to the period, the parcel never made it to my mail box (entirely the fault of the carrier and not Game of Bricks). The issue was risen to the team which had probably the best customer service I have witnessed. I will definitely order from them in the future.

We purchased two light sets at Christmas for our Lego builds. One for the botanical gardens and the second for the home alone house. They are incredible. A little fiddly but they come with the tweezers to help you install and the follow along steps to help the instal are brilliant. Cannot fault these at all. Will 100% be buying more. Fantastic purchase at a good price. They really make your LEGO look incredible.

Love using Game of bricks for all my Lego lights, the light kits they provide really make the kits come to life.
I've fitted at least 11 of there light kits now and there all brilliant.
Adding lights to a lego kit is not for the faint of heart as you have to dismantle parts of the model and hiding the wires can be a challenge but it's all worth it when you turn them on.

I chose "Game of Bricks" for my Home Alone light set, because of cost. I received the lights very quickly, but couldn't find any effective instructions. I contacted their customer services and received a quick reply with a link to a brilliant video with step by step instructions. Also when fitting the lights i discovered that two pieces were missing, so again contacted them and the very quick response and assured me they would send the missing parts. One week later I received them. Brilliant light kit. Brilliant customer service, will definitely use "Game of Bricks" for my next lego build.

We have already purchased at least a dozen lightboxes from Game of Bricks. The first installation was the hardest, Christmas tree 40573. But once you have the hang on it, it's fun to install and see the lego come more alive. Our Christmas village in Lego couldn't be as awsome the lights of Game of Bricks.
