Initially when the parcel arrived, I couldn’t find it anywhere. Customer services were quick to respond and keen to help. Thankfully, I found the parcel.

The last kit I purchased elsewhere had video instructions so I worried I would struggle with the pictures but once I got into the swing of it, it was actually very straightforward. I really enjoyed putting it together. Be warned though… you will need to pull some roof and middle section off!

Some people have said pieces don’t fit flush after the lights have been installed but I just placed my wires where they fit better and it makes no difference to the fit.

Love this kit and love the final look! Will be purchasing again when I am ready light up my Mario Kit and Grand Piano!

I contacted Game of Bricks when some lights were not functioning. It seemed I broke them myself but nevertheless they were replaced under 2 year guarantee. They were free of charge shipped wthin a week. Super great service!!!

Very good service, if you ever need it, because the products are excelent and an addition to the LEGO sets.

We bought the kit for the hogwarts castle. It looks amazing, the instructions are clear and it turns out great. Patience is very important for these kits, it can be difficult to hide the wires or do what they want you to do.

They offer a perfect product. Every step of the installation is illustrated with photos. There was a faulty lamp in the kit; I informed them, they responded within a short time and sent a replacement. Fair and friendly customer service.

Over the past year I have made over 12 purchases since finding them and all the orders have been packaged brilliantly, shipped in good time and the quality of the product has been high. With one order I did have an issue however the customer support team responded very quickly and dealt with it.

One of the lighting cables was defective. I was able to easily arrange a replacement via email and received it shortly afterwards.

Items shown on Ebay are exactly as described and are always of good quality. I've used this vendor online for the many of hobby supply needs and they always ship fast. Good pricing for what I need.

I received my packages fast and when a problem arose, their customer service replied within 24 hours and fixed the problem at no cost to me. I was very impressed with their help and reply time, as well as their willingness to quickly send me replacements.

If i could give 0 stars i would. I waited 2 weeks for my set to come then to see that 2 cables from my light came snapped. I still put the lights on my concorde as the broken lights were not visible from the angle i was displaying it. Then the lights go off after 5 seconds and the remote only responds to the on button. I have sent many emails to the contact team and not received no reply. Shocking service and definitely disappointed.

Purchased approx 6 sets from Games of Bricks now and they bring sets alive. The Christmas trees and the door garland are particularly effective however we have other sets like the CAT D11, the Galaxy etc and they all make a difference.

Game Of Bricks is amazing, I recently got the Home Alone kit and it was so easy to put together! They were so helpful and emailed about it to make sure it was ok, The instructions were easy to follow and I will definitely recommend them!

I added light effects to the Shelby Cobra (10357) and Pixar Luxo Jr. (21357). Twisting and placing the wiring can be tricky, but the results are absolutely worth the effort!

P.S. Hiding the wires is essential if you have cats. The USB power wire didn't last a day; my car chewed through the one for the Cobra.

First time customer of game of bricks and for any provider of LEGO lightning solutions. The set I was looking lot light up was the LEGO home alone house. There are several versions/takes on this but not only did game of Bricks look like the best package it also was the best value for what you were getting in my view.

I reached out to the customer support with view to making a custom order for some addition items from another set as I wanted to take the best parts of the two home alone house versions they have. This was done quickly with a custom link to the specific parts I needed in my custom own custom order.

As far as the instructions and quality of the components, these all seem excellent, whilst mainly all pictures, and you do need to use a bit of common sense (I.e repeat a mirror setup for something that is sided, but not explicit in the instructions) one of two labels or sentence to compliment the instructions would not go amiss on the more complex builds.

I have had to deal with customer support due to one minor fault with a component but they dealt with this promptly, it’s a reassurance that they are known for offering replacement at no cost for the first two years after purchase.

The experience game of bricks offered has got me wanting more, whilst a little fiddly, it was enjoyable and the results are stunning.

I’m not looking to make another order now to compliment the Christmas setup, again there are other equivalents from other providers but game of bricks has given me no reason to look elsewhere.

The products are wonderful, the instructions are clear and the end results are amazing! I have purchased several light sets and I have been completely satisfied. I also want to say that the customer service is also great!

I ordered three lighting sets so far. Deliverly goes quick and support is excellent. Only once a cable was broken, but after contacting the support of Game of Bricks a replacement cable was send directly: good services!

Bij het inbouwen van de lichtset kwam ik er achter dat een lampje het niet deed. Na melding gemaakt te hebben en wat foto's als bewijs hebben ze een nieuw lampje opgestuurd.

Ik kijk er naar uit om weer een set lego te bouwen en daar mijn lichtset voor te bestellen en in te bouwen.

When installing the light set, I discovered that one of the lights wasn't working. After reporting this and sending some photos as proof, they sent me a new light.

I'm looking forward to building another Lego set and ordering and installing my light set for it.

Have used Game of Bricks on many sets now , Easy ordering and fast delivery . I find cables and lights easy to install and hide and the addition of sound is great quality. Any issues the after sales is very efficient. Game of Bricks lights add another dimension to your LEGO sets .
