When one of my garage door openers failed, I contacted them for assistance. I sent a photo of the transmitter and they told me what to order. A replacement transmitter arrived the following day and I followed their instructions to reprogram it. It works perfectly. In summary: helpful service, rapid delivery, excellent product. Perfect!

I was having problems with a 20 year-old roller-shutter door that was tripping the electrics. (Was not bought from Garage Door Parts UK.)

I described the problem and symptoms in detail on their "Contact us" web page and enquired whether a new controller they sell might fix the problem. Their engineer advised that actually the symptoms sounded like the door was catching the power lead. I had already looked for that possibility, but with the advice I checked again, feeling in places I couldn't see - and found the cable bared by friction against the roller. I was able to remove the motor and effect a repair myself.

So the advice they freely gave was very sound, and very much appreciated. They didn't make a sale on this occasion, but I know where I will turn when I do need parts in future.

Ordered a new garage door remote on Monday, delivered today(Wednesday) took two mins to programme it to my garage control. All working ok

Garage door broke on Sunday. I identified what was wrong and contacted GDL to see if they could help with parts that same evening. I got a response within an hour requesting a photo. Photos sent before 9.00am on Monday morning and parts ordered by 10am Monday. Parts arrived mid morning Tuesday. Door operational again by lunchtime.

Brilliant , I received , in my case, a new remote for my garage door. I had trouble following the setup instructions and contacted them by mail sending pictures of my setup. In a record time they point me out to the correct procedure.

I have had problems sourcing a replacement key fob for my garage for some time. Having found this site the problem was solved. GDP were able to identify my type of garage door and from that the key fob I required.
In addition to that they provided very clear and detailed instructions on programming the fob for my garage door.
They were very responsive, helpful and friendly throughout.

I came across this company wanting an additional Seceuroglide remote control garage door opener. The suppliers wanted an astronomical amount.
The guys here checked, via photos the correct replacement (frequency etc) and despatched next day, with simple coding instructions. Worked perfectly within minutes.
All at much, much less than the suppliers for exactly the same product.
Amazing service. I can't recommend them enough.

Garage door parts have exceeded all expectations. I ordered parts for my door paying £240, the fitter who I booked in absolutely butchered the garage door and left the door hanging to one side. I contacted garage doors to return a lock which the fitter hadn’t opened. The customer service team responded to ask what had happened, after a few emails and me sharing images, I told them I have been told I need a brand new door. Garage doors said they wanted to help me( I was surprised at how willing they were to support me) they helped me source a reputable fitter, stayed in contact with me over email. A few days later he came out and repaired my door with the parts I had purchased. I cannot recommend this company enough, absolute legends who helped me massively. I would have been £1200 down for a new garage door had they not have stepped in!
