i wouldn't trust anyone else with dealing with my gas services. They installed and they service it. This time a new radiator addition that was sorted out tidy and fast. Qlex in the office was very helpful too and accommodating all my requests and the last minute bookings.

Marc visited my dad (who can be hard to please) and serviced his fire with integral back boiler.

He came on time, did an excellent job, very reasonably priced, explained what he was doing and the limitations of certification, and, most of all, dad was happy.

I arranged the whole thing from afar. The lady who I spoke with initially was knowledgeable and helpful, arranged a more than responsive visit and the invoice and certificates were sent the day after completion.

There's nothing not to like.

Rapid response to the message I left on the answering machine re my boiler break down. A competent and experienced engineer came quickly and sorted the problem very efficiently. I shall use this company again .

They came when we needed them. GA Services provided prompt and satisfying same day call-out service when our gas boiler malfunctioned on a very cold day.

I recently had my boiler serviced by GA Services they were very professional and Marc went above and beyond to carry out all aspects of the service. My 1 complaint would be that the price was too cheap! Would 100% recommend to anyone! Great company run by professionals

We had a new radiator installed and the workmanship and quality were exceptional they placed protective matting throughout the house to ensure cleanliness!

A brand new Worcester combi boiler was installed in my house in July 2020 by GA Services. I was told by the owner Gary (looks like owner's changed) and the installer Demo that the price included 5 years free annual boiler service. This was the reason why I chose them. I was also told that I would be notified when the annual service is due.

I haven't received any notification from them this year and contacted them in September about the annual service. I was told that the owner has changed and I need a written proof of 5year free servicing promise. Unfortunately I couldn't find any written proof and they declined to do the free annual servicing. They've also told me that I didn't contacted them on time and even if I find a written evidence, they won't do the free servicing.

I contacted Worcester and they advised me that their warranty is valid if the first service is done within the first 2 years. I had my boiler serviced with another company.

I would recommend you to get everything in writing and contact them at least 30days before your service is due. Otherwise, they may cancel their 5 years service promise.

I am experiencing the same issue regarding 5 year service contract. I was told by GA Services that our details would be entered into their computer system and the servicing would be worry free as they would contact me just before the service due dates to arrange servicing. This was pivotal in my decision to select GA Services for the boiler installation. GA Services are now quoting some small print in their Terms & Conditions which states that it is my responsibility to contact them regarding servicing. As I did not the 5 year contract is void. I do not understand how a, so called, reputable company could do this.

Quick turn around pricing up and what would have been a quick install date from the time I agreed. Covid got in the way but the team re-arranged after my isolation. Job involved new boiler, new condensate pipe under the floorboards to external wall for a sump. Completed as advised and left the area clean and tidy. The customer service team back at the office were also great when I spoke to them. Can’t recommend enough.
