Installation was great. The engineer (Anthony } was professional and got on with the job. My only reservation - my brother arrived to stay as Anthony went through operating instructions, so I've forgotten most of it, so I may be in touch !!

They State numerous times they are a friendly family run service who aim to offer outstanding customer service. Management all self isolating when you need to speak to them. Throwing their employees under the bus to deal with a situation. My elderly grandparents had a boiler fitted sept 2020 with 5 years free servicing. Not long after a problem with the boiler the company palmed them off to the manufacturer who said no it was the installers problem. After a few back and forth managed to get it fixed. They also state that they have an automated service to inform when a yearly service was due. My grandad was starting to get worried as he hadn’t heard so phoned to see if they were due to be told it was now overdue and therefore voided the free servicing. Not impressed with this supposedly family friendly outstanding customer service team they advertised.

I would recommend GA services .The prices are affordable. They take the old boiler and rubbish it was left clean and tidy.Thankyou.

I had a new boiler and a radiator fitted,the two engineers were both pleasant and knowledgeable. The job was finished in a timely manner and the site left clean and tidy. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Very professional from start to finish, accurate quotation, with no hard sell and honest opinion of what boiler meets our needs. Arranging the finance was straightforward with immediate agreement. Booking a fitting date was easy. Plumber arrived on time, again very professional, polite and considerate at all times. Job completed in one day and no mess to sort out... at all!!!
This is a very efficient company which have nailed getting boilers fitted in a very efficient manner.

The gas fitter called George was outstanding and a credit to his profession. He was efficient, and worked tirelessly too solve the initial problems we encountered and was quick to ensure the end result would be aesthetically pleasing as well. George took the time to explain the changes we agreed and after completion of install cleared up, replacing floorboards and refitting carpets. I cannot recommend G A Services highly enough and for any additional work we require doing we will certainly be calling G A Services. My thanks to George and G A Services. Kind regards, Tony.

Superb service from getting quote to installation. Engineer who gave us initial quote explained everything clearly and answers questions well. Installers were early and efficient, explaining what needed to be done and completing it excellently.
Whole service was completed from estimate to new boiler in , in just 3 days.

I called GA Services based on there fantastic reviews and being a local company. They came out the next day to have a look and gave us some information on what was wrong and what we needed. Received a very competitive quote that evening and booked the work in for the following week. The guys arrived at 7.50am (but waiting outside until we were ready). They were polite and professional and worked very cleanly and efficiently. Alex in the office was very easy to deal with and answered all of our questions.
Very good service by a great local business and i would have no problem recommending them to others and I will.

We needed to replace our old Greenstar 30Si boiler with a new one - Greenstar 4000. We contacted the GA Services company on Friday and on Monday (believe it or not) our new boiler was completely installed by 4pm! We are very happy with the great job done by engineer Joseph “Jo” Rowland. Also, very many thanks to Ms Alex for a prompt and professional communication between us and the GA Services team. Next day (today), we received emails from Alex with all the documentation and boiler registration.
