AVOID GDK

Everything went wrong for the second time now. Missed items from the order and when you call the shop, you meet with highly unprofessional individuals who do not care at all about service delivery. They do not even want to acknowledge their fault. A bunch of idiots. Will never ever order from GDK AGAIN.

Hempstead valley GDK

Was hungry the whole day, waiting for the time to eat from GDK. Entered the store and ordered. Added one star for being 50% off. Sat at my table to find it was disgustingly dirty, asked the staff to clean it up and thankfully she came, but with her bare hands she handled the chemicals. Afterwards she brought the food, again, with her bare, unwashed, chemical-ly hands.

The food wasn’t even up to par. There was little to no salad and when I ordered a mix a got only chicken. She refused to give us the receipt too. Horrible dining experience. Might come back it I’m hungry.

was ok, missed items in order

overall service was decent, however this has happened to me second time, I ordered 2 wraps 1 was a meal and other was on its own and some cheese bites, was in a hurry to catch a train and didn't check when order was handed to me every time they miss the cheese bites.
mentioned to them once only got "oh ok" no refund or replacement

Poor customer service at Chadwell Heath branch.

Worst experienced at Chadwell Heath branch.

While waiting at the counter to place an order, two female members of staff were chatting with each other and made no effort to take my order. I waited for few minutes, but they continued their conversation and showed no concern for customers waiting. I left the shop immediately without placing an order.

There behaviour was unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this issue will be addressed to prevent similar experiences in the future.

Worst customer service

I have made multiple orders for collection. They have only packed part of my order. When I called them back, they mentioned they would fulfill my order when I visited the restaurant next time. But when I went again, they said that the person had left the store and would not be able to give me my outstanding order, and they would have to verify it.

I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is.

NON DELIVERY

The delivery guy could not find my address despite being in same road according to him!
He was speaking with me on phone claiming that he was at my front door, funny, as I was standing at my front door and no-one was there..........
No food, no phone call to explain and now ignoring all my attempts for resolution.
My order cost £14.83 including £2 TIP. They offered me a voucher for £10. WHAT A SHAMBLES, SO HOW THEY DEAL WITH PROBLEMS IS TO IGNORE THEM.
This is the store in Weston High street.
My understanding of the law is that if you offer a service and charge for it, you enter into an agreement!!! I want my money back GDK

Quite possibly the worst kebab…

Quite possibly the worst kebab experience of my life. Meat was cold, rubbery and tasteless. Gave me very bad stomache. Over priced and with the "meal" I got literally 15 fries. Abseloute garbage. Do not order from them and do not eat in. Staff are rude.
