Practical car with great value for money, but a few issues to fix
The car was pleasant to drive, and having Apple CarPlay built in was definitely a big plus! There’s also plenty of space in the back, which is really convenient, even enough to sit in the back and have a meal during stops on a road trip!
The rental company was friendly and responsive, which immediately gives you peace of mind in case anything goes wrong.
Unfortunately, I can’t give a higher rating because we did encounter a few issues. The main one was the cleanliness of the vehicle. It was quite clear that it hadn’t been properly cleaned for some time, although we were told this was apparently due to exceptional circumstances. There was also an issue with the dipped headlights, which I hope will be fixed quickly, as they are mandatory in Norway.
Overall, the car is definitely a bit “lived-in” and you can tell it has seen some use, but it remains very practical and offers good value for money compared with other rental options.
If the issues mentioned above are sorted out, I would definitely recommend it!

Fuel system
I used first time the app, and the fuel system is really not clear, after my rental, I have to pay more for the fuel, when I took back with more than before. I contacted the helpdesk, to solve the problem, but they didn't do anything to solve it, just telling me next time I should be more aware of their system. So I lost money on this.
