I filled total the deposit before…
I filled total the deposit before returning the car in a petrol station less than 200 meter fir returning point and I wa s charged for refilling. It was the indicator of the fuel if the car. I tried to contact with the owner and asked about it with no answer( before closing the agreemnet)
On top of that I was charged with cleaning because the floor was wet( obsviosluit was raining cat and dog)

Bad experience with Getaround.
I had a bad experience with Getaround.
In August in Bordeaux, with 35 degrees, I had rented a car with Aircon. However, when I got the car, it didn't have Aircon. Getaround didn't offer an alternative, apart from a €50 voucher that expires in a few months. They need to step up their game.

Outrageous extra mileage fees
Very disappointing experience with Getaround. I purchased the maximum additional mileage available, yet I was still hit with extremely high extra mileage charges afterwards, with no possibility to purchase more mileage in advance.
To make matters worse, the car was old and in very poor condition, making the final cost completely unjustifiable.
For the final price, a traditional rental company would have been significantly better value and way cheaper.
