I had a car booked
I had a car booked, and needed to verify my driver license, which is fine. They also asked for a video selfie, then ans it wasn't enough, I had to send pictures of my ID, an invoice for house related stuff proving my residency (???) as well as a picture of my credit card. After all of that, it was manually reviewed and they rejected me stating that my driver license was faked and they suspected me of fraud (????). I tried to call, they told me to send an email, which I did on the spot. Since then, no answer, and they also won't pick up my calls anymore, as my "number is not linked to any active rental".
This whole situation is very frustrating and not serious. Not only do they ask for way too much personal details, but being rejected on such a strange basis is weird.
