I simply love GHD products
I simply love GHD products. discovered them a long time ago. personally I have started with platinum straightners that I have gifted to my sister as she was using it more than me. after a few years I have bought my own chronos straightners and two wands. I love how fast they warm up, how they glide on the hair, how fast they are and how shiny the hair is after using them. the hold is also nice

I have been trying to contact your team about my return and I am not getting any confirmed answers. I put the order number in and confirmed I had already returned but the 1 reply I got didn’t read my message as they just directed me to complete the return form which I had already stated I had returned the product and I could see in my tracking it has been received and gave the order number but so hard to communicate with your team I want to know you gave my return and when will I get the refund but was going to purchase the correct product but now not sure

GHD isn’t what it used to be
I’ve used GHDs for more than 15 years, I spent $400 on a chronos in dec 2024 which has stopped working. I can’t get a hold of anyone to help me with a replacement/refund. I would go cloud 9, I wish I did more research. Don’t believe the influencers online, ghds are rubbish now.

Still havent received my item. Posted a €300 product by parcel force with no international tracking available.
Yes I have spoken to your customer service team. I had to reach out to them as your team were unresponsive to my emails and WhatsApp messages.
Still not satisfied with the response so far. No refund given.

Sadly really disappointed in this…
Sadly really disappointed in this product, usually love GHD and have been loyal to their straighteners for many years but the classic curve 26mm has been so damaging to my hair and makes it pretty frizzy, even with heat protectant.
