I found the whole onboarding process extremely straightforward and easy to follow. Luke, the Client Support Administrator was my main point of contact, and was very helpful, efficient and professional throughout, making sure I received and understood all the information. Amazing service as always
The service i have received from Giant has been fantastic from beginning to end over the last ~5 years. No issues have ever been too much and the staff have always gone abive and beyond.
My most recent interaction was with Kristie regarding final payments and end of contract which lead to an extra issue which has addressed and handled in an extremely quick and efficient manner.
Always fantastic customer service and a shame I'm parting ways now
