Great support.
Apart from the annoying Bot at the beginning of the support process, I found the support chat really helpful. Kristie Edwards was pleasant, knowledgable and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with her, and she quickly understood and corrected my misunderstanding, thus clearing my confusion and resolving my issue.
But, please, lose the bot at the start of the process.
