Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it is when a gift card doesn’t appear as expected.

According to our records, your digital gift card was successfully generated and sent to your email address on 03/06/2026 at 1:38PM. Gmail can sometimes place our e-vouchers in the Promotions folder rather than the main inbox, and many of our customers locate them there. On mobile devices this folder can occasionally be less obvious, so it may be worth signing in via a desktop browser where the Promotions tab is usually easier to find.

Looking at the correspondence with our support team, the gift card was also resent on Sunday afternoon after you contacted us for assistance.

To help get this resolved as quickly as possible, I’ll arrange for the digital gift card to be sent again from our automated system within the next few minutes. If it still doesn’t come through, or if there’s anything else we can assist with, please get back in touch with our support team, and one of our team members would be happy to provide further assistance.

I’m really sorry to hear that you’ve been affected by fraud, and I do understand how upsetting this situation must be for you.

From what we can see, these types of transactions are typically carried out using compromised card details and are used to purchase digital gift cards, which are then redeemed almost immediately. Because of how quickly they are processed and used, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order or issue a refund once it has gone through and is redeemed.

For transparency, we do not have access to customers’ full credit card details, and all payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We also have fraud detection tools and safeguards in place to help prevent and identify suspicious activity. However, where card details have been compromised externally, we are unfortunately not able to be held accountable for that misuse.

I would strongly recommend that you contact your bank as soon as possible so they can block your card and support you further with securing your account. It is also important to report the incident via the official channel here: Report Fraud (https://www.reportfraud.police.uk/).

Having reviewed your case, I can see that your Fashion Choice Gift Card was successfully redeemed for a Fashioncheque. Following this, you contacted our team regarding the use of that gift card. As the card was not issued by ourselves, we do not have access to Fashioncheque's internal systems and are therefore unable to investigate or manage gift card balances, transactions, or redemption issues on their behalf. For that reason, our team correctly directed you to Fashioncheque's customer support, who are best placed to assist.

While we appreciate that gift card issues can be frustrating, the language and tone used towards our team throughout the correspondence were disappointing. Our colleagues remained respectful and did their best to help within the limits of what we can access and support as a reseller. A little more courtesy towards the people trying to assist would have been appreciated.

Sorry to hear you’ve still not received your order, and I do understand how frustrating that must be.

For context, physical gift cards are normally dispatched within 48 hours on working days via Royal Mail. Once sent, First Class post is not a guaranteed next-day service and can typically take around 1–3 days to arrive, depending on the route and local delivery times, so it may still be on its way.

Digital gift cards are usually delivered within around 1 hour of purchase. Just to clarify as well, the order is fulfilled as selected at checkout, so it will be either a physical card or a digital gift card, not both.
