Very good communication straight away and I ordered a black one which was gonna arrive in a few days, they offerend me a white one instead with double storage without extra charge! Phone arrived, well protected in package in 7 days to Sweden. Will shop from Giztop again, very happy with both service and my Xiaomi Redmi K80 Pro.

Delivery was on time. But you'll had to pay customs even though they promise on their website that people living in Europe don't have to pay customs. Also you get chinese version phone and no esim, no guarantee.

I had a few issues receiving my packages due to unforseen obstacles, and they were very professional and worked dillagently to help make sure I received my package and I eventually did, even with the language barrier and around 12 hour time difference they were very helpful and professional

Very helpful and responsive, item shipped securely using DHL.

The shipment was sent back to the store twice and was successfully delivered only after changing the carrier.
As a result, the purchased gift arrived late for the delivery date.

I've ordered OnePlus 13 with OxygenOS, when I received it, the display wasn't working at all, the touch wouldn't work or anything else.

I've contacted support for warranty, and they blamed the fault on me for wanting OxygenOS flashed on the phone.

When I went to a repair shop, the display was completely dead upon arrival, and not a software bug. The repair price was half of the phone price!!! 300$.

I don't recommend buying from giztop, unless you understand you won't have ANY warranty whatsoever.

Communication could be better, i asked for the phone to have oxygen OS and i didn't get a reply. i would buy again

Items arrive all good, customer support should add more information if phone is Chinese with Chinese sim number to enable all services

They delivered a completely different product than what I ordered, worth a fraction of the cost. It took them over 10 days to even put the wrong product into the 'expedited' shipping process. After weeks and over a dozen emails they have not made any effort to resolve their error. My bank has frozen the transaction and is attempting to get a response from them, which they've been waiting over a week for now.

Great store. Maybe faster shipping to Slovenia next time:) I recommend this store.

Recieved my package way ahead of time and in perfect conditions. My tablet had already been pre-setup with google play and english as the main language wich I really appreciate. I've purchased the previpis models from other sitems and always have to spend an hour setting it up before I can actually use, this time it was ready out of the box.
