Got unsolicited email from them, thought i'd try earn extra money, they asked me to answer few questions but after a few i was passed to another site (freescanner.net), now i am being bombarded with spam calls and texts, this is an absolute disgrace, some practice from a supposed legit company

Had been a member for several years but now I can't log in.it tells me my account number is invalid as is my email address but it will send my email a link to change my password when I do and try to log in it says my details are invalid

I spent December slogging through these survey sites in the hope of earning some extra Christmas money. Thus far, Globaltestmarket is the only one which has paid anything, £25 in Amazon credit compared to precisely £0 for other ten or so I've tried.
The sheer number of negative reviews on here is highly suspicious. I smell Swagbucks' sock puppets in action.

As a long serving member of this site I was willing to spend a whole day responding to a three part intensive survey.
I have just completed it and have a message informing me that I have timed out
Chances are that the sponsors have paid Global but I am to receive no points
What makes it worse is that they assure me that I am a respected user and that they appreciate my time and effort.
Totally unacceptable !

Constant site malfunctions, very slow to pay rewards, often well past 2 weeks, and no response to my e-mails asking why rewards not sent, yet my points were taken out, survey malfunctions often at the end after I have fully completed a survey, then it shows up only as some fake entries, but no points, two- part surveys only credited me for first part when I had completed it all,
just not worth my time anymore. Used to be a good site, but now is just loaded with poor customer service, cheating out of rewards, not responsive, site mismanagement, etc. Just not worth the hassle.

Been with them for several years and had no problems until September when I couldn't log in to my account. Four months and 6 e-mails later I am still waiting for the courtesy of an acknowledgement of my problem, let alone help with solving it.
Update: Another month, another e-mail sent, still no reply.
Update2: Finally, after nearly six months I got a reply and the problem has been resolved.
Update3: Two weeks without problems then they changed to Life Points. Wouldn't recognise my password, when I tried to reset I am told something went wrong. I have e-mailed them but given previous experience, it's more in hope than expectation.

I have been with Global Test Market for a year. I have earned a lot of rewards BUT the effort taken to get those results is enormous, and frankly, not worth the effort. I am signed up with several other survey companies with much better results for the effort taken. The problem with GTM is not their rewards or surveys, it is their HORRIBLE client services. I should say the lack thereof. When I have had a problem with other companies I get a response in 2-3 days. With GTM you will not get a response in 2-3 months, if ever. I am currently owed almost 5000 points in rewards I earned but will never get paid. Two of those surveys took a month to complete (they were monthly surveys) at a cost of my time of over 8 total hours each month. What a waste of time!! Use this survey company at your peril and if you want to be totally frustrated.

Been on this website for years and have redeemed for paypal before (when it was Market Points) this was years ago, I had a break and re entered when this year when its all been changed to Life Points. I love how many surveys come through, there are new surveys everyday! If you don't get new surveys then please update your profile ASAP your missing out!! So i choose to redeem 5175 Life Points for £45 PayPal - it says in the FAQs 5-10 days and on the 10th day I was getting ready to email customer service as I still hadn't had my funds - until the funds came through to me at 6.28pm that evening! Made up :) Just in time for Christmas. To the people who are always screening out - COMPLETE PROFILE - I REPEAT, COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE! because there are tons of surveys coming through this site everyday!

The only down side is the customer service, if I complete a survey and it screens me out by mistake I will email with proof attached that I completed and gave them data, and they say It will be looked into and if its turned out that I was mistakenly screened out I will be credited in 4-6 weeks, thats way too long. I still don't know if I was ever credited for these and at the end of the day they took my answers so I should be. (intact i'm going to look into this right now!)

This company is a scam. I did a survey where they asked me permission to have access to my computer webcam and audio. If I agreed I would be awarded 3000 extra points. I NEVER received the 3000 points - only 100 for doing the survey. I contacted customer service and they will not help me without a survey #. How can I give them a survey#? You sit there for hours getting screened out of one survey after another. When you are finally accepted to do a survey - am I really going to write down a survey #? If they were a legitimate company, they would be able to research this without a survey # and award me my earned points. It's just an excuse to cheat me out of the money I legitimately earned doing their survey. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! BEWARE!!!!!

Do not waste your time filling in the surveys. There are constant problems with their app and website. Often fill in surveys and don’t get and reward. The help team are extremely unhelpful. They have just closed my account for ‘unhonest answers’ which they do not have any evidence for.

I tried my first Global Test Market for over 2 years and have bought a new car in the last week and never completed an automotive survey for them but still got according to our records you have completed this survey. Clearly their records are wrong or they are just dodgy. I let you decide but all these reviews cannot be wrong it just a shame there is not a warning when this firm advertises.

Unhelpful company when there is a problem. Avoid.

I had been a member for over 10 years. When I started it was great. It got worse over the years and I had to constantly contact the help centre after getting the wrong screens, not being awarded points after long surveys and finally not being able to access my account at all. The help centre became increasingly unhelpful and it came to a head when they replied I had been locked out of my account for dishonest answers. I was angry as I have always taken the greatest care and answered honestly despite encountering technical hassle on almost every survey for the past couple of months. Eventually after a few insulting emails from them in the message centre I told them I was unsubscribing which I did and then today they sent a message to say they had got rid of me. Honestly I don't know who they employ there but they really are an awful site to work for and I am pressed to even give them one star. I am a member of other sites who are much better and value my input so its no loss. Avoid like the plague

Sadly this company has been extremely bad with communications and responses.
Completed a home test survey and was never compensated. This was a month ago.
Also, they take forever to redeem points and to get paid.
I have been communicating with them and they provided a reference number and that is as far as it gets.
I no longer do any of their surveys and have advised all those I recommended to be aware.

Today I spent around 10 min on a survey, answering a lot of questions, but when I thought I nearly had made the end, I was screened out. That would have been fine, if I’d only spent a few minutes, but screening somebody out this late in a survey is waste of my time

Also sometimes terrible translations (I’m Danish) and one time I pointed this out in a survey That took around 20 minutes which resulted in them contacting me regarding it, saying That I was not eligeble to receive my points because of it...

There are a lot of other compagnies out there That is a lot better to spend your time on

As pr 6/10 i’ve changed my rating from 2 to 1 Star since I once again experienced a problem with a survey

I have been a member of this site for several years and had found them good.
However, I have been unable to log in for about 4 weeks and as another person has put despite resetting my password via the link I am still unable to log in. Numerous emails to them remain unanswered.
I tried the other link for an activation email which apparently cannot link my name and date of birth. Strange really as the other link for forgotten password accepts the same information.
I am lucky as I only have about £10 on there. This was a lesson learnt by me from the sister site My Survey which was down for ages. I resolved to leave only a minimum amount of rewards in.

I signed up to Global Test Market several years ago and, apart from not always being awarded points for surveys I had completed, but which were given after I raised a query, I had no problems. In recent months, however, the member 'help' link within my account (i.e. after signing in) has not worked at all, and I have effectively been locked out of my account (with £40 worth of points waiting to be redeemed) as the site keeps rejecting my password even after I've reset it, supposedly successfully according to the message that comes up on screen. Global Test Market has provided a help link on their home page, and which is accessible without the need to sign in, but I have received no responses to at least 3 messages I've sent using the facility in the past couple of weeks or so.
