Was great a long time ago... Not anymore !

I am a customer of GTM for more than 10 years and everything used to be okay : 50$, 3 or 4 times an year.
But for a few monthes, I noticed than a lot of surveys were not paid, others announced about 15 minutes but took 30 to fill or the worst case I just had a few minutes ago
--->Finished my survey but was only paid with the usual 10 tickets lottery !!!

I wrote to GTM a dozen of times before and had a quick answer. Now I complain for EACH problem (cause I'm fed up with) but never had a look on my request.

So I wonder : "what happened to you GTM?"
Guess I will leave soon for a better app or at least, more fair !

They'll cheat you blind if they get the chance. If you complain to customer service, you better make sure you have a survey number because they'll use "no survey number" as an excuse NOT to pay you, if you don't. And don't be surprised if you don't even hear from CS for a year or more and THEN you'll get a generic form letter basically telling you that, if you haven't gotten the points yet, you might as well just understand that you've been screwed out of them.

UPDATE: They turned around and banned me for what they deemed "deceptive survey responses". How ignorant can a site get? I answered truthfully and fully. Clearly this site can't be trusted.

They send you check you cannot cash with any bank, and then tell you that it's been to long and they will not pay it, or do any other reimbursement.
Save your time and avoid them!!!

Did a survey for them through swagbucks. They redirect the page way too many times, then after answering all the questions already I will get a fake error page, so they've got my input for free. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR TIME.

I have been filling these surveys in for years and normally you usually eventually get your promised rewards. However in May 2018 I completed a survey which took over an hour for a promised 1000 points (less than £10). I have been trying to get the promised points for over 10 weeks and submitted 3 requests to them but they keep ignoring me. To add insult to injury I have today received an invitation to a TWO HOUR SURVEY for a promised 1000 points . No way I am going to fall for this twice!!!

Please note that I've personally accessed their surveys from Moon Bitcoin offers who transfer your earnings to Coinpot and I have successfully withdrawn funds that were partly made up from their surveys on multiple occasions, my review is therefore based on this experience, accessing their surveys directly or via other platforms may vary.

The title explains everything really, yes they do pay, but you will be rejected for most surveys because you don't match the criteria. This wouldn't be too bad on it's own, but the problem is a lot of time can be wasted being rejected without any compensation for it, some surveys will reject you after only answering 1 or a few quick simple questions and it's all over within a minute or so which is fair enough, but on a few you can be asked really in depth questions that go well beyond what you'd expect for simple qualification questions, they can be quite time consuming and you know that your answers are useful to them, then you can be quite angry to find yourself later rejected when in the worst cases you could have spent close to the time that I've known some surveys to even pay. This is bordering on being dishonest since you earn absolutely nothing for all this time wasted, not even an entry into a prize draw which would be something at least as long as it was genuine, although after reading other reviews I suspect you gain a tiny consolation if you use their service directly, but accessing them indirectly allows you to combine your earning with many other offers which is advantageous.

I'd increase my rating if you were rejected for all surveys very quickly based on only a couple very quick simple questions or perhaps if you were given a good amount of compensation for surveys rejected. It would be even better if they stored your criteria so you weren't offered many surveys that you get rejected for in the first place however, often based on the same old questions, but as it stands I have rated them 3 stars, they're far from perfect, but they're not a total scam either because they do truly pay.

Doing surveys like this won't exactly make you rich, but you can earn yourself a little extra pocket money, especially when combined with other offers in the way I access them.

Fake surveys, to aquire data, they give you 5 points for one that should be 250, and you have done it with the fake questionary.
Wen you ask for the money in PayPal, it take about 5 to 20 days !!!!!!!! 5 to 20???? it takes a hour to do that!

I spent 40 minutes on this survey and when the survey said its completed, upon redirection to global test market, it said you were screen out. what the hell is going on?

they did the same thing a few weeks ago as well. the survey was for 55 minutes and offered 550 points and upon completion, they said you are screened out. when I contacted the support team, they never got back to me.

Same as some respondents. Always an issue logging into my account. There should be no issue logging into the account!

I joined and spent a lot of time doing surveys. A few got screened out
I earned enough points to earn £5 paid via paypal (it took about 2 weeks to pay me)

As soon as I claimed my reward I still get asked to do surveys but every single one of them gets screened out. I've tried about 50 surveys since and now it's a waste of time

I'm giving Global Test Market four stars because they're not the worst survey company I have signed up with. Actually they're probably ranked as third from being my favorite survey company.

When I first signed up it was with the understanding that 1000 points equalled would've been 50.00 earned. I got my information from Googling the site. Where as it stated in bold writing that was the case. HOWEVER this is not true. It once was before changing to a new payment catalog system. The facts are 1100 can be redeemed for 10.00. There are many different ways that you can get paid- Amazon, PayPal, Game stop, paper checks, restaurant cards, eCards, and etc. So I do like those choices.

I signed up about 3 weeks ago, and today I have made so far 1330 points. I am debating on redeeming my points here later today. For the simple fact that I have been done really bad with another survey company.... Not Global Test Market! But not getting paid from the other company has left a really nasty taste in my mouth.

From my personal experience with Global Test Market- I do get screened out of a lot of survey's. Many of the surveys I get are very boring. So I don't always click on all my survey emails that I do receive from Global Test Market. I am signed up with several other companies that gives me better survey's. As for the surveys I do get from Global Test Market most are for 100 points. And that is reasonable- because facts are most other companies only gives 10-30 points per survey- and the surveys are long, time consuming. With Global Test Market I believe the longest survey I have gotten so far was about 40 minutes long, and it paid like 175 points. Most survey's for me had been around 10-30 minutes long, and that's not bad either. I have never had the lack thereof from receiving survey's from Global Test Market- and that's also a added plus. Most other companies run short of survey's.

All in all Global Test Market has been really good to me. And their pay does equal out to be one of the better paid survey companies. I could easily make much more than I have thus far, however I don't take every survey sent for me to take. I plan to start taking all. Just to see how fast my points rack up. Then I will give a update.

NEWEST UPDATE ON GLOBAL TEST MARKET-

Okay so I have a more detailed update today on Global Test Market.
I have been with the company for a couple of weeks now- meaning three weeks- and I have redeemed my life points now twice with the company. I have gotten paid already for my first Life Points that I redeemed. It took about four days I believe to receive. (I cashed out with Amazon eCards.)
So that's not to long of a wait. I'm putting Global Test Market up as my second favorite survey company now- for the reasons that I tend to be able to cash out (redeem) my points much faster than some of the other survey companies that I am signed up with. It takes less time for me to accrue points with Global Test Market, so that I can cash out fairly often- this is FACT!

Yes, I do get the dreaded "you don't qualify for this survey often still. However, not as much as I get with other survey companies. I usually get screened out before I have spent forever into a survey. That's less aggravating. And yes, I have started taking survey's from every email I get through Global Test Market. This has improved the quality of survey's that I get to take.
That too is a big plus!

So I can truthfully say this- for me my experience with Global Test Market has seriously gotten much better, than I had originally gave them four stars for. At the present time think they deserve 5 Stars 🌟!

NOTE-
As with every survey company, there will be survey's that you get screened out for. If you do- don't get discouraged! It happens to me as well. However, I seriously do make pretty good incentives by hanging in there! Within the first time that I redeemed my Life Points with Global Test Market in less than three days, I had made enough points to redeem another reward! This is fact! That's something that I have not been able to accomplish with any other survey company! FACT!

I however do wish the layout of the sign-in page where easier to access into. And I would like to see a better technical layout once signed into dashboard on the home screen page.

So all in all Global Test Market gets rave reviews by me. This is not a seedy company- nor are they a scam!

Ok, so my perspective of Global Test Market is beginning to change!

On the 5 TH of May, 2018- I was invited to take a survey for 600 Life Points- the survey took me over a hour and a half to finish. I totally finished this survey and the company at the end page of the survey congratulated me upon this last and final page. Okay, they asked me for comments about how much I liked or disliked their survey- I left only kind regards. When I clicked the finished button to submit, I wasn't sent back to Global Test Market- where it usually takes you back to. The company I took the survey with was something Burke- okay, I went to go get the survey number, but it was no longer listed. So I had no survey number. I can't find anyone to help me. This survey I was taking on my laptop and I had just finished a 50 Life Points survey, I was sent directly to the 600 Life Points survey from there. I never had the chance to see the survey number. It's been four days this far and I can't get any one to help me with the matter. Shoot I can't get a hold of anyone at all.

I don't appreciate my time being wasted. This is for certain, and when I do a job well done- well I deserve to be treated like I matter. As well as be paid for a finished job.

I'm not going to say what the survey was about because by law I'm afraid that I can't.

So this is how my experience is going now, and since this night I'm getting only survey's to do on my laptop- in which I am afraid to do now. I was having luck with doing survey's by my cell phone. By just excepting the surveys from my email address. Now I'm only receiving emails for survey's that has to be taken on a computer.

So I don't know how this is all going to work out from here. Hopefully it will get resolved.

AS OF TODAY GLOBAL TEST MARKET HAS LOWERED THEIR REDEMPTION LIFEPOIINTS TO JUST THE FIVE DOLLAR MARK !!! THIS IS GREAT IF YOU NEED YOUR MONEY FASTER, SOONER! YOU CAN EVEN CASH OUT FOR PAYPAL WITH THIS AMOUNT! I THINK THIS IS WONDERFUL!
THINGS HAVE REALLY TURNED BACK AROUND FOR ME WITH THIS COMPANY. IM HAPPY

So...I've read alot of bad reviews here, what can I say? Well it seems that this site reacts different for every account.
The main nasty thing is that you don't qualify' for many good surveys...really? Qualify? You want my opinion for fu sake!!! And if you are screened out you get another sort of prize that I don't understand it, had like 1.8k entries in the quarter prize draw, right before the draw the entries vanised, and now apparently the draw didn't had place, or will have or whatever. When I opend a ticked with customer service about the missing entries I've got no response...of course...so my wild guess is that this is an aoutomated site which operates on some sort of matrix, or some sort of bad developed AI.

But, the site do actually payed me when I redeemed the points for paypal funds, true, it takes up to 10 days to receive them, it even warns you about this.
And as an overall, to be honest I don't think it's worth the time for about 15£ a week how much you manage to do, and it takes alot of time actually.

Since they changed their points system, there's been some adjustment, but they are a good company that pays.

I have not had any problems with them and when I did not receive the points for one survey that I completed, they fixed the problem. I also just got a payout of $55.00 so I will continue to do their surveys. It is worth my time.
