After waiting 2 months for a reply as to why I didn't receive rewards for appr. 6 completed surveys over a period of a few weeks, their response was "Dear Panel Member, Our records confirm you have been screened out of the survey. There are a number of possible reasons why you did not qualify which include not meeting the requirements to continue the survey or providing responses that did not meet the criteria for the survey. We look forward to your future participation".

I know I completed these surveys and object to dealing with an incompetent brand who want my time and effort but now refuse to compensate accordingly. I was 'happily' a member for years despite the fact that it can take months to get the necessary LifePoints to cash out - because it can take so long, you put a lot of faith in them to payout without coming up with excuses not to. If you decide to use them, do it with caution because you're likely to be wasting your time. Also, check after each completed survey that you have received the reward into your account.

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. I’ve been a long time tester and had numeral problems with this company. The most prominent was having my account deleted for no apparent reason and failing to receive a valid explanation, despite attempts or contact their support, both via email and Facebook. Completely incompetent. They also owe me £20 in PayPal payment and will not deliver what I hard earned via surveys. Do not sign up, they are unbelievably useless and provide terrible customer service. Avoid st all costs! I plan to take this even further.

I have been with this site for more than 10 years used to be a top site but now have become rip off con merchants avoid like the plague!

I almost left this site b/c I was not getting any surveys, then a survey ended up in my email for a 1,000 points. I took the chance out of curiosity ,got it and have not looked back sense. I have gotten Ppal from them with no trouble so far. They send alot of surveys which I seem to qualify about 35% it seems. They never answer back if you have a question or a problem. They do have some good surveys.

Tells you that the survey is 20 min but it takes nearly an hour to complete in quite fast pace and then it screens you out without giving you your well earned points and inrolling you in some prize draw instead. What an absolute joke and complete waste of time! I am leaving this panel and I wouldn't advise anyone who values their time and effort to join.

I've been with them since 'round 2007-2010.
In that time I've managed two paypal payments, and a very few amazon gift codes, etc.
They need to catch up with those survey sites that give at least a tiny amount of partial credit points for attempting surveys.\
It's one of the lower earning sites I've been on since I started doing paid surveys, but not the very lowest.

I have a bad feeling about this site. Whilst I am not screened out on as many surveys as I am on Valued Opinions, what I find unsettling is there reward / point system. Apparently with every survey you are getting 10/50/100 entries into their cash prize draw but I am curious to know has anyone actually won anything? Their website is also unattractive and sometimes difficult to navigate around on a smart phone. I have earned 990 life points but there isn't a single good reward to cash these in for. Needless to say I will gladly forfeit them and close down my account.

This is a very dodgy site.
I've been with them since February.
I've done a lot of surveys and had a couple of problems in the past.

Two recent surveys I did do:-
1) Fast Food: Did a survey yesterday with McDonalds. Took half an hour or so. Felt quite proud to pass on my valued information about fast food experiences in McDonalds and other fast food restaurants. 250 Point reward. Got right to the end and the interview said I had been 'screened out'.
2) Gaming survey: GTM said it was a 15 minute survey for 15 points. Took over 30 minutes and I got half the amount. Total joke.

What used to be a quite pass-time is now a insulting joke.
I would avoid this site.

They were okay at first....But the last couple of months it dived right down the drain.
I have multiple tickets open about missing incentives from surveys that have still not been responded to for MONTHS. When i finally contact them on facebook they say they have "raised it as a priority" to the team and will get back to me.
Well, they did, on only 2 tickets with a copy and paste response telling me i should get my points soon -- i never did.
After that they plainly ignore any ticket and message i send them on facebook.
I recently did a study through them that has a $25 reward. At this point I am pretty sure i will not be getting the money from them.
They are liars and thieves. Don't waste your time with this site. They will not help you.

Having read other reviews on here, I sometimes wish I had done so before joining them. I have sent messages which they ignore but this week after filling in the form the Capture thing would not work. I must have tried 40 of them, entering the contents of the box but each time a message said “numbers only”. I tried that and it did not work either. The point is, you cannot send the message until you copy what is in the box so I cannot complain about it. Tried searching for their direct email without success. Very disappointing, be wary, because having spent half an hour on a “20 mins max” survey it froze and when I tried their contact box, I could not send message for above reasons. Don’t waste your time.

If you are as stupid as I was and enroll in this Globaltestmarket, I guarantee you will receive at least 25 junk emails every single day, if not more.

Total scam

Don't sign up to this website under any circumstances. You get no points for anything and they sell your contact details, so you are inundated with scam emails. Fraudsters

Avoid. Low rewards, too many screen outs and too many occasions where points aren't received at all. Customer service either say there's nothing they can do or they don't reply at all.

Very poor, trying to chase them for £20.00 Boots vouchers that I have earned.

Takes a long while to build any points.
Frequent screen outs-after they have collected lots of questions and lots of personal information from you. Like another reviewer has said, I think they possibly sell this on. Very disappointed. Avoid.
You spend a lot of valuable time answering surveys, often screened out then have to chase payments. Takes a long time to accumulate points and a long time to get payment

I spent over two hours completing a survey for it to time out right at the end. I emailed company and said they would look into it within 6 weeks. The response was clearly one that was implying it's unlikely I will receive the points. After this happening I searched for reviews and came across exactly the same issues. Totally untrustworthy company.

Update...... months down the line and still no response!

It uses up your data and my phone keeps freezing and shutting down.
I had it installed for 2 months and never received any points for this. I have sent several requests for an explanation and have not received a reply to any of them.
I have deleted the respective url's from this message for privacy reasons.

Used to be good but are now awful. 70% of the time I will finish a survey that can take 30 minutes, with so much clicking involved. I do nothing wrong, but at the end there is no reward and I'm told I "did not qualify". It's a complete scam most of the time. They do pay very promptly when you've put in the sufficient hundreds of hours to finally cash out.

The good - there are lots of surveys, they are varied and you can accumulate points quickly.

The bad - there will be a couple of days each month where you will complete surveys and not be rewarded at all. This has happened to me twice in the last two days. I have filled in every single page of a survey - reaching the 100% page. Then on the next page you get a default back to GTM saying 'sorry you screened out of this survey'. If you query this, and I do, GTM will NEVER EVER take your side (unlike thier rivals Mintvine who always side with you).

If you can handle this BS every month then you can easily make payout every few weeks.

Decent. It takes longer to redeem your rewards. I have had surveys completed and at the end where it says it is being submitted, I did not receive my points. When I sent an email to customer service, they said I would need the survey I.D. which disappeared when the survey did! It was frustrating, and no more was done. Disappointing.

Have been with this survey site for a while & had been fairly happy with them although it does take a long time to get enough points for a payout & rejection from surveys is high. The other day I completed a lengthy 2 part survey & at the end it gave an error message & no points posted. I contacted them several times about this but heard nothing back after nearly 2 weeks. Not acceptable, waste of my time. Much better sites out there with existent customer service.
