Smooth, Professional Service from Start to Finish
I had a great experience with Glow Green from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, and the whole process was very well managed.
I dealt with Ashley Hawes from the beginning — he was really helpful, answered all my questions clearly, and provided a quotation without being pushy at all. He was easy to communicate with, which made a big difference. On top of that, the price was very competitive for the boiler I had installed.
Ashley also organised everything seamlessly. The installation team were spot on — they called ahead, kept me informed, and let me know once everything was completed. I also received a final call from customer relations to make sure I was happy with everything.
Overall, the whole journey made me feel valued as a customer. I would definitely recommend Glow Green.

Since the service has been done we have experienced 4 times in the mornings the boiler not coming on because of a low pressure warning of 0.1 bar which is very annoying . It would be good if this could be rectified.

I bought my boiler just over 12 months…
I bought my boiler just over 12 months ago and have been very pleased with it. The first service was completed this week, I received a number of reminders and information on how I needed to prepare. The engineer sent a text 30 minutes before he arrived so I could turn the heat off. He was here around 30 minutes doing a thorough service and gave advice on how to save money.

He came when he said he would. Had text the evening before, to tell me the hour slot he would be with me.
I never really know what they do, but seemed the same as everyother service I've had on boilers.

The ordering process was good. We changed our minds on the boiler at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us without too much drama.
