Having been in situations where having back up energy wasnt available, it's now having the ability to have power at your ready (as long as you have charged the Dashed power bank)

The team sent me a new charger after my previous one melted my AirPods. As it turns out the AirPods were bootlegs and it wasn’t the charger’s fault at all, but the faulty AirPods. My trust in the Dashed charger remains in tact. It is still the best and most reliable charger on the market.

No issues, works great

Company claims to be “Canadian - Not USA affiliated” and to have multiple warehouses for shipping yet my order shipped from China. Item is cheaply made and stopped working after one night! First, the included power cord started having connection issues causing the power light to turn red and the watch charging pad not to work. I switched to a higher quality cord. Then, the very bright night light started randomly turning on waking up my wife and I. For the price this product should last longer then one night. Avoid this cheap Chinese garbage. Company is likely a scam.

I purchased the Dashed® HomeBase (4-in-1 Charger). The product they sent had a label seemed similar to labels I've received from AliExpress. I also noticed that they were creating fake reviews--there were 5 of the same ones. I called them out on this, and they deleted them. Don't trust this company.

The device is ok, +ve the battery charge power.

Negative - almost impossible to get out the built in cables with out something to prise them out.

No mentioned that airlines are now banning charging them or using the wireless charger during flights. This means they will not let you even use the battery charge using cables.

The device when plugged into the wall in certain countries with adapter, is upside down falls out of the wall

My view is it is ok… average on customer promise.

Some are simple design fixes, the airline policy is more complex. For the price, I would probably give it a miss and I purchased 3.

I bought three of them. One didn't work out of the box but since I hadn't opened it right away they wouldn't replace it (50 day limit). The other two do work but are a bit underpowered and undercapacity. The apple watch charging isn't very good unless you remove the strap every time.

Great product and good service. I would highly recommend this company!

A dashed disappointed

I bought a power bank from Dashed and was later emailed to say delivery would be delayed because it was shipping from China. I needed it for an upcoming holiday, so requested a return once it arrived and ordered one next day on Amazon instead.

I followed the company’s written return instructions exactly and declared the contents accurately. Because of this, the parcel was intercepted and the item destroyed due to lithium battery transport rules.

Despite this happening as a direct result of following their instructions, Dashed have refused to refund either the item cost or the return postage. Customer support keep referring to general regulations but will not acknowledge the incorrect guidance they gave.

The issue isn’t the regulations - it’s the failure to give correct return instructions and then take responsibility when those instructions caused the loss.

Proceed with caution if you may need to return items containing lithium batteries.

Avoid. Absolutely appalling customer service for UK customers. Ordered a travel charger as a gift for Christmas on the 30th November. Received an email acknowledging my order and then a further two saying it would be with me soon. Ten days later (11th) received an email addressed to someone else(!) saying that it was out of stock. Queried it and was told they had had a rush on orders but that more stock would be arriving in 10 days but if I didn't want to wait then they could refund me. I asked for a refund but didn't receive a reply. Chased it up and eventually after six days they said they couldn't refund it because it had been dispatched. Tracking is nonsense and shows it didn't even leave the warehouse in China until three days after I last emailed them. I have sent all their emails and the tracking to my credit card provider and will be refusing delivery.

I ordered a Dashed TravelPod charger and paid extra for priority shipping. Instead, I received a Lokolash mascara serum… what the actual hell?
I tried calling their number and the voicemail said all staff were “away from the phones doing orders.” So do they not even have proper customer service or dedicated phone staff?? For a company charging over $160, this is honestly a joke.
Still waiting for a proper response and for them to fix their mistake.

Received the products quickly, and they are fantastic. Zero issues and reliable power for our journeys.

What an excellent product. It is times like this that make you proud to be a New Zealander. We don’t say this every day but we are proud and grateful for people who are so clever to invent such awesome products. Thank you!

Works and nice and compact. Handy to have the different country plugs and travel pouch, but slow to charge and runs out of battery fast.

Bought one to try it out a month ago, loved it and was obsessed so I bought 2 more during black Friday and they included a free item. What makes it so cool is that it comes fully organized with a travel case❤️ oh bonus is how fast it was delivered to me. Ordered yesterday and I got it the next day❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Many range of products that are built in good quality although it’s a little bit pricey. Hopefully it lasts.
I purchased it in preparation for the upcoming overseas trip that require different type of adapters while functional as a power bank and it charges back fully 100% in less than 3 hours.
The only downside of this product as I tested not to use for awhile after it’s fully charged after power bank was used up, the power drops down to 86% (shown on the device).
Other than that, happy with this kit that can enhance my travel experience become practical and easy.

Great product, shipped and delivered when I needed it! Charges wirelessly my wife’s new apple watch series 10, where my series 4 physical cable did not provided enough power! Had all the things we needed when we needed it, lightning, usb c, and wireless charging for top ups throughout our day, for multiple phones.

Ordered the travelpod thinking what a great way to travel! Little did I know that it could not adequately charge ALL devices as it claimed - particularly poor with Apple Watch BUT it was convenient until it would no longer recharge. I contacted the company and the initial response was basically oh well, I guess you let the battery drain down to zero. I HAD NOT! In fact there was still a small charge left but it would not recharge. Following more dialogue i was told that the manual clearly states that letting the battery discharge to zero destroys the battery. I asked where in the manual it states that and I was sent this:

Important: We recommend not allowing your device to run completely flat.

I guess “we recommend” should be interpreted as under no circumstances let the device run flat because it will destroy the battery.
Really pathetic customer service - they are not willing to stand by their product. Would not recommend this product nor the company to anyone.

Product was delivered quickly and works well.
