Okay I read enough 1 star reviews to see this site is a scam. They delete your SC balance if you don't play it. They require you to purchase a coin package before you can withdraw. Every 1 star comment here says they do not pay out. This site has a suspended twitter account for breaking TOS.

Nothing is good about this casino. Also this same casino is run by the company who runs sweepslots(dotcom) which is also a scam website.

Sweepslots also cleared everyones SC balance from their website just like goldnluck did and then sweepslots delayed payments from December until almost March and paid out users only because I reported them to pragmatic multiple times and had pragmatic pull their slots from their shady site.

Now sweepslots is somehow "upgrading" and the site is offline. Regal Technologies owns these fraud casino sites. Go to goole and type in: regal technologies and then see the 4th result stating that sweepslots fails to pay out to their affiliate partners.

So both of these casino sites cheat their customers and their affiliate partners and their slot providers.

The owners can ROT for their misleading practices.

EDIT: Let me add to this review since the owner of the site is trying so desperately to fix the sites reputation. This site is a scam casino regardless of a new owner or not. The site does expire your SC balance but somehow leaves your gold coins as a middle finger to its customers. The site also requires you to buy a coin package before a cashout can happen and every review on Google and here says the site denies a redemption but goldnluck will gladly take your money and then cheat you.

Refusing to payout is listed all over reddit with this site. Don't even believe this site is a good casino site. There are so many good sites and goldnluck is not one of them at all. I do not recommend this site and never will.

This is a SCAM website. Can't make redemptions. I contacted support, it took months to get back to me and they said it was a technical glitch and they would process it manually. Now I'm getting no reply and I'm locked out of my account.

GOLD AND LUCK CASINO IS A HUGE SCAM! This is one of the worst online gambling sites possibly ever created and definitely the worst one I've ever used. In the beginning they did pay in small amounts but as soon as I put a couple hundred dollars in there things got weird.... The redemptions came less and less often and then all together stopped. Contacting them resulted in a variety of excuses or just being flat out ignored. Eventually they owed me over $1,000 and were not responding to any messages. I had to contact their payment handler and my financial institution to try and.. get a hold of these people just to get a portion of my money back. The majority of it is still missing and despite screenshots from both their own payment handler and from my bank... They have not done their due diligence in paying out the redemptions. They owe me a lot of money and it's been months and I never expect to see it because of how terrible the customer service is here. Be warned: I have lots of friends and family members experiencing the same issue. I was also told nonsense like I've created multiple accounts.... Which is completely untrue. As a professional Gambler I take these things extremely seriously so I advise anyone reading this to take this review seriously to do the same and stay very far away from this company as there are much much better online casinos out there. This is the worst site currently in the world for gambling, hands down.

Tried to purchase 1 package for 15.99 and charged my card three times and did not even receive any sweep coins.

I wasn't so sure about this new website but they are amazing. For thos who are not for sure if they are a scam they absolutely are legit and very helpful they have quickly responded to any question or concern I had and made me feel relaxed so I can just enjoy their platform. Good site that pays out faithfully. Only things to keep in mind are you need to make a deposit before redeeming, and the daily is only .21 SC that expires if not used before the next days claim. Otherwise Blackjack has been good to me here.

Goldnluck’s support is awesome. They actually get back to ya in a timely manner instead of just completely ignoring ya or it taking days to get a response. Just how their support has been is highly recommended.

I had a problem with redemption. I fixed the problem with the help of support and was able to redeem. They paid out in less than 2 hours. Would recommend playing here.

I was able to cash out on my welcome $2. I did have to purchase a $10 gold coin package to get my redemption started. I was skeptical about this casino but they did come thru and pay my $400 redemption it just took some time.

Scammers is all they are. Theu do not process winnings don't answer emails, and close accounts because they don't want to pay out

Well I was loving this site until I had to contact customer support and a week later I have yet to receive a reply. Quite the disappointment. Hopefully they come thru and I can change this review.

"Won" $3700 from here more than 2 weeks ago. Verification just sitting on pending. Can't get any help from their customer service. Not even an email back.They abandoned their Facebook. I wouldn't deposit here. They are a scam.

I'm rescinding my old positive review. These guys have a myriad of cashout issues, redemptions not honored, including one of mine. Almost certainly an insolvent ponzi. Avoid. So many better sites out there to play on.

I hate to have to change my review of Goldnluck and I hoped that the recent negative reviews were a fluke and my experience would be different. But, you know what they say...if it walks like a duck and it quacks like a duck.... Anyway, like several other reviews stated, Goldnluck seems great at first. They are very responsive to emails and pay like promised. Then they ghost you and quit paying. I'm not even waiting on a huge pay out, only $255. Do not do business with them!

Okay I was super skeptical at first! I created my account and received $20 sign up bonus and $5 free play. Which I got up to $600. Verification was fast and easy but i was super confused on what paynote way and how to redeem so I played it all back and waited for members of the Facebook group I moderate for to let me know if it was legit. After seeing a few people confirm I decided to give it another go! I logged in and saw my daily had changed to $2 which is still generous compared to other sites! Off that $2 I was able to get up to $600 again but played down to $300. I purchased the 15/25 package like instructed (you don’t have to purchase that specific one) it took several house for them to take the money from my account but my sc were credited instantly. About 36 hours later my payment cleared and I was able to redeem! I had my money in my varo account in less than 24 hours! I emailed them and Pam from their support was super helpful, friendly and fast! Again yesterday 9/19 I got up to $100 off my daily and redeemed and I’m currently waiting on that redemption as I type this! All in all I like this site! I wish there were more POPULAR games like pragmatic and hacksaw! And maybe other payment options that clear instantly! Also a bring a friend program would be cool!
