Passed ITIL4 CDS with 93%.....excellent self paced training package!
Excellent and comprehensive online training package!!! 93% pass for ITIL 4 Create, Deliver & Support exam.
Had read that book for ITIL4 CDS before accessing that training, and had a reasonable grasp of some of the subject. The training went more in depth in areas that the book did not, which I initially questioned. It provided resources from the ITIL4 practices for download which I thought were probably more than I needed to know. I then took the practice exams, which made me realize that I needed to review those practices in more detail.
I am glad I did as the training combined with those resources really provided a great overall understanding of the subject matter...............and I passed with 93%. The exam questions were quite trickily worded, so I don't think you would be able to "game" your way through the exam. I found this course to be excellent and I fully recommend it.

Overall, a good course and worth the cost. A few minor drawbacks, but still a good course.
Overall, I learned a great deal. When researching, I found the reps to be very friendly and helpful. The course was well-thought-out and presented.
If I have any complaints, I found the narrator (who is the originator or the course and teacher, I believe) to be a bit dry. I'm not saying I need an AM radio announcer, but this narrator tended to lull me to a point where I frequently found it necessary to back up and review material because I drifted away. They also missed many places that should have been edited where the narrator fluffed words, swallowed, etc.

Valuable course
So far I am very satisfied with following a course offered by Good e-Learning. I haven't completed the entire course yet, but today I completed part of it by successfully passing my first exam!
I had two reasons for choosing Good e-Learning. The first reason was being able to follow the course whenever I had time to spare. The second reason was that compared to others Good e-Learning seemed to offer better value for money. I haven't been disappointed yet! :-)
The learning enviroment is easy to use and the course contents was clear and complete. The exercises and the practise exam helped a lot.
