Liam & Ronnie were both extremely helpful and polite. Shirley@2592 served me and was extremely helpful and friendly. I feel sorry for GO Outdoors staff having to explain the discount card to customers in their high street stores. Not so bad in the big warehouses such as Wolvrhampton. They have almost a monopoly on this type of merchandise now, but although I use my card and stores regularly it could possibly be managed better for the staff.

Great service at Go Outdoors, Worcester
I went to Go Outdoors Worcester store today to buy new walking boots. Having only a vague idea what I wanted, it was wonderful to get excellent advice from store assistant, Nicola. From the relative benefits of leather v modern materials, durability of different types of boot and fitting, she was extremely knowledgeable. All that with a friendly demeanor, to go with a good range of product options. I was very pleased and look forward to getting out and about in my new boots.
