Jordan completed the survey, which was in depth. Following this, took a great deal of time to explain the survey on the phone and answered any questions I had. Would really recommend.

Organising the survey was really easy, Rebecca at GoTo called us and was super friendly and organised. The surveyor Patrick Tovey was also great - called just after the survey with a quick summary, sent the report very quick and called again to go through it. Super friendly, helpful and good at explaining things to us.

I booked my survey with Joe and from start to finish he was a massive help and never pushed for anything other than what I needed. The company weren’t pushy with calls or emails just let me book things at my own pace and was on hand for any questions or issues I had. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a survey!
