I can't fault Green Apple - great customer service from Jeff and an easy to use website. We haven't laid the floor (wood veneer and laminate ) yet but it looks good quality in the packets. It arrived on time and the courier was very helpful even though it was tricky negotiating his power lift on our gravel drive!

The oak engineered flooring is a good quality product. Delivery is always prompt and the delivery driver very helpful. It is easy to lay and all underlay, door thresholds and radiator roses are available.

I've never done this kind of work on my house before and didn't have a clue what I needed to buy, but the guy on the end of the phone was great and clearly knew what he was talking about - he asked me all the right questions so that I was able to get everything I needed, including loads of things I hadn't thought of. This saved me time and money so I was obviously pleased about that. When my flooring arrived I checked it immediately as I'd been a bit worried that perhaps there was a reason for the amazing discount, but no - I am so happy with the quality - it's absolutely gorgeous.
