Will definitely recommend Green Apple Flooring to friends. They have the best quality product sample to choose from...The Windsor artificial grass is so real ...hard to tell its not the real thing...

Haven't got the floor down yet, but that's not Green Apple's job! Everything else has been really good. Excellent customer service (thanks Sally), helpful advice but no 'up-selling' which was appreciated. Order appeared first thing on the day arranged, well-packed, good quality and excellent price. I would definitely recommend and will probably use these guys again.

I needed a special order for an item that was not stocked. I was advised it would be in store in 4 days. It arrived 2 days later. I could proceed with my DIY in the sunshine thanks to their professional customer service.

Have bought from greenapple flooring a number of times in the past. Tony was excellent I ordered on Wednesday and the profiles were with me on Friday with the flooring direct from Elka first thing Monday.

We've ot ordered samples so far but I've been kept in contact with and they've been so helpful. The samples arrived the next day and I've been called to see if I need anymore etc. I will definitely be buying from them and recommend them to friends

Fantastic product we went for the Windsor and are realy pleased with it. The staff were helpful and the grass arrived in a few days. Not a criticism but be warned the rolls can be extremely heave, two people barely moved a 13x4 section.

So simple - order the width and length - pay - it arrives two days later - roll it out - pin it in - start putting - perfect

Excellent range of flooring and great help and advice. Been there several times and would always go back.

The purchase was simple and very cost effective and good quality flooring, unfortunately the carrier tuffnel who delivered the order was rude and not very helpful as my partner was there to take delivery, they dumped the pallet in the driveway and said it's not our problem if you need to unwrap and carry 14 packs inside.

Delivered within 2 days from ordering . Although 4 tubes of the sealant was missing ,after a phone call this was received a couple of days later .had a phone call from customer services to see if they had arrived.
