Having spent a few days looking for flooring I found Green Apple had the best website by a long way. Easy to navigate and very clear.

I had a couple of questions and used their online chat - I think it was Jeff who answered me. Promptly and with all the information immediately.

When I called to place my order the same man answered the phone. He was extremely helpful and friendly and gave me some great advice as well.

The flooring arrived on time and it's a high quality product, it was all very easy to lay and there were no defects or unusable boards. We've almost finish laying it and it looks beautiful.

All in all a great experience from start to finish and I am already recommending Green Apple to other people.

Telephone call on the day of delivery to state that the courier had lost our boards. An exact replacement is not possible for two weeks. That's is far too late we have contactors booked to fit the boards and have had to make a 2nd choice after many phone calls.

Oak engineered wod flooring purchased for a new kitchen. Great quality of product, easy to navigate website where you get directions on calculating how much is needed. I would recommend to family and friends.

This was the first time we have used Greenapple flooring and the 30m2 of the White oak rustic
oiled on engineered plywood is amazing value for money compared to that available at the major DIY retailers Jeff's response to our email and follow up call was excellent and very helpful with advice .The product was exactly as described and expected with delivery within a couple of days as promised.

I ordered samples from Green Apple and 2 weeks have gone by and I still haven't received them. This is despite having an e mailing confirmation from them that they received my order. I ordered samples from two other companies and they arrived within 3 days. Not impressed by the customer service or should I say lack of it.

Sample was just as I hoped, great service. Not going to choose this flooring this time but was impressed with the range of tiles on the website.

I'm going back to Green Apple Flooring as the whole experience when dealing with my Son-in-Law's enquiry, subsequent sales order and installation was outstanding. I am now looking to install one of their products in my 1980's Town House which requires complete refurbishment/modernisation.

Jeff's customer service was excellent right from the start to order, a credit to the company.
