Great service

Due to the post office failing to deliver reminders on time

Due to the post office failing to deliver renewal on time my cover was terminated so called and it was all sorted within minutes 👍excellent service.

Difficult to review when not had to use…

Difficult to review when not had to use service but was quoted £68 online but when I rang paid £87,this due to me saying my wife would be driving one of the 2 cars but on your website it says you pay for vehicles not the drivers.

Telephone conversation with pleasant advisor

I prefer to speak in person by telephone. On line chat gave me the telephone number to purchase new policy. Very helpful and pleasant gentleman sold me the policy and answered my questions ,clearly spoken and gave me confidence that I could communicate with you in person and receive by post any documentation.

Really helpful staff who I spoke to

Really helpful staff who I spoke to. Very clear and polite. Managed to do everything I needed. Only dropped a star as their system was down so I had to call back.

I had a problem with my car(engine…

I had a problem with my car(engine fault light)contacted Green Flag and had someone with me in about an hour.
The technician was very helpful,knowledgeable and polite, his name was Dave.
He did a great job and sorted out the problem .

Words to the wise

Words to the wise:
1. Once you've purchased your policy, you need to register your policy number on the Green Flag app, otherwise you seem to hit a dead end.
2. There appear to be several contact phone numbers all going to the same place: queuing doesn't work, select 'ring back'.
3. European partner OptEven is even harder to contact.

Policy accuracy & entitlement verification checks - too long.

Historically a superb dependable bulletproof service at times of crisis and need.
Unfortunately GreenFlag has become a roadside challenge thats difficult, unhelpful, frustrating and protracted. Think again if you believe getting quick reactive agents keen to get you out of a dangerous situation. The process has become policy accuracy and entitlement verification check, not a rescue policy.
Great shame, as GreenFlag was a dependable partner for roadside chaos.

I was very pleased with the service I…

I was very pleased with the service I received from Green Flag. The technician arrived professionally, checked the vehicle carefully and clearly explained what the problem was. He was polite, helpful and took the time to answer my questions.

He also gave me sensible advice about using the vehicle for short local journeys to help keep the new battery charged and explained the warranty position. I felt reassured by the information provided and did not feel rushed.

Overall, the service was excellent, and I would be happy to recommend Green Flag to other motorists.
