I think they are a good company to deal with.
I liked the straightforward use of English to explain the product, The simple application process and the thank you for taking out a breakdown insurance policy.

Swapped brakedown cover from another well known company because Green flag was doing almost the same level of cover for a lot less money. Website was very straightforward to use so it made a stress free transfer

Prompt response but unhappy with later text message
The telephone response was prompt as was the breakdown attendance. The diagnosis was a depleted battery. The vehicle was jump started but it was late in the evening and a new battery could not be obtained.
The technician said to call Green Flag again the next day if the vehicle would not start.
BUT the next day I received a text message from Green Flag saying that if I called again for the same issue I would be charged.
What am I supposed to do to get to a location the next day where I can obtain a new battery when my vehicle won’t start.
Since submitting this review I was contacted by Green Flag saying I should have called again as advised by the technician. The text message I received from them is sent automatically.
Clearly these type of messages need to be reworded. There is no point in telling someone to ignore it the day after it is sent.

European Breakdown Cover for Caravans
