We bought two Grohe Arena toilets four years ago. Have had loads of problems with both of them since then. The light malfunctioning (2023), the toilet seat not opening fully (since last week), the heater not heating properly (2025), the blower blowing with insufficient power (2024). We recently had to pay €637 for a repair, because they considered us out of guarantee, despite all the problems we had experienced over all these years.

Some people have two cars. We have two taps. The boiling water is great, but we loooove our bubble water tap, it's golden. Refreshing alternative to boring water, but makes you feel better than soda, we still enjoy it after 8 years.
And now when something broke because there was a glitch in this innovation, they sent us a new tap! (after 8 years). How is that for service?
Well done, Grohe, what's next?
(Combining hot and cold in one machine so they work like a heat pump and are a bit more energy efficient ;) )

I had given up hope searching for a part for my thermostat mixer. They were my last hope, and they did not disappoint.
Their timely response and action saved me so many euros, while plumbers were asking to replace a completely good unit.

Don't look at their 5 year warranty...after 2 years it's impossible to get any support. Truly awful consumer experience! They offer a support line but don't actually help fix any problems with your product!

Good honest quality. Much better than his father..

I have purchase for € 10,000 on parts, and GROHE .NL DOES NOT WANT TO COME AND FIX THIS? DISGRACFUUL COMPANY WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS,
