Don't recommend, very bad quality

Made bag return after month of purchase,got new but it was already damaged but noticed it at home. When returned back to the store with complaint, colsultant said that I damaged it by knife or so, but I just unpacked at home. Don't recommend all guess things, very bad quality

Terrible customer service and no collection

My first order with guest for a store collection and it has now been over 3 weeks since I made my order. I have contacted them over email, and whilst they have responded in a timely manner, they have been fobbing me off with “we will follow up with the courier” or “we’ve directed to the correct department and get back to you” not never actually hear from them. To reiterate, this was a store collection, so I don’t know how this order has gone so wrong when they have logistics going into and out frequently to stores. They have not bothered to give me any meaningful updates and been proactive. Highly disappointed with this brand.

*Update, the order never arrived and I got refunded. Not sure how they managed to mess up, still left feeling disappointed*

Terrible experience

placed an order yesterday 17th on the website and payed for the express delivery that is stating it's 24 to 48h, which is 16 quids, cuz I needed the item by Monday, well my estimated date for the parcel is now for the 23rd. Now I payed extra for my parcel to be delivered not in 1-2 days but 7 days. I talked to costumer service and it was beyond useless, I was told that weekends is not included (there was nothing about this when I placed my order and spent my money), I was than told that I have to wait until the tracking is updated, that's it, so l just paid for a service that I'm not getting.
Weekend excluded my estimated date is still over the 48 hours. And this point I just feel like I’m being made fun of. If I’m ever gonna buy from guess again is never gonna be online

THE worst customer service EVER!!

THE worst customer service EVER!!! Their website glitch caused a duplication of my order and being charged twice. There was no way to cancel the duplicate order online, customer services closed at 7pm on Saturday, not open Sunday. I called Monday 7th September to stop the delivery and had to wait for ONE MONTH for a refund!!! They stated it could be 6 weeks. What an absolute car crash, never again will i buy from GUESS, they have lost a good customer.

Guess Heels and sandals Poor Quality DO NOT PURCHASE

I have a large collection of guess heels, wedge thong sandals/flip flops, and tennis shoes. I love the styles they put out and have purchased a large number of shoes from the brand (upwards of 50 pairs) however I have come to realize they no longer take pride in the products the release almost every single pair of heels I've purchased have fallen apart after only a few times worn. Every pair of thong wedges have ripped out and been unwearable also just a few times into wearing. The tennis shoes are the only shoes that last at all and even the quality of those have diminished over the past several years. Disappointing is not strong enough of a word to describe my feelings but I'm not sure there are accurate words for the letdown I've experienced. I love the styles, and wish I could buy them ,but I won't purchase from them ever again. I wasted so much money on gorgeous shoes only to have them fall apart almost immediately. So infuriating to have wasted so much money I could have spent on other brands and still would have wearable nice heels. Sadly now my heel collection is almost completely empty because they have all fallen apart from lack of quality.

Ordered a handbag and set of earrings…

Ordered a handbag and set of earrings for my daughter's birthday....not only was the delivery late by a few days it also came with missing earnings and a damaged guess box that we had paid extra for.. first time ordering from guess and its safe to day it will be the last.

Order damaged and no refund for other items

I purchased handbag, belt and clutch. On the same day I got two mails mentioning that those products not available in the store so my order gonna be canceled. But they reduced the total amount from my bank. Still I didn’t got my refund. I called several time to contact them but unfortunately it didn’t worked. Somehow I found good Customer service assistance name called Lena . She handled everything smoothly and after that I got my refund . Why they showing products in their website if it’s no longer available at the store. That is so terrible . After all these happened I got a mail from delivery my handbag was damaged so they can’t deliver that. After that I purchased another bag. The worst brand ever ! Delivery process and handling customer service is terrible. Only I resolved my issues because of Lena she handled everything carefully. I talked with 3,4 customer service advisors no one handled this issue. Terrible and so glad to Lena who put attention to my all problems .

I purchased both a wallet and a…

I purchased both a wallet and a crossbody bag from this GUESS brand last year, and while I initially liked the products, the quality quickly deteriorated despite careful use. Both items developed significant wear and tear in a very short time, which was extremely disappointing considering the high price I paid.

To add to the frustration, when I contacted customer support for a replacement or repair, they refused to offer any assistance. As someone who regularly buys 5-6 bags a year from this brand, this experience has left me deeply disappointed and questioning whether to continue supporting them.

If you’re expecting durable products and helpful customer service, I’d strongly advise reconsidering before purchasing from this brand.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I ordered high heel shoes for a wedding and because I needed it delivered quite promptly to ensure I’ll receive it on time I paid extra for a fast delivery that they claim led would be within 24-48 hours. They charged me £16 extra!!!!! But hey ok, as long as it arrives on time right. Shoes came 5 days later and when I contacted the customer service about the inadequate fee they refused to even deal with me claiming they posted it with an explanation that made no sense claiming that it did arrive within 24-48 hours because it counts from after the day they post it and only on business day. Interesting, the math still doesn’t add up. I won’t be buying from them again.

Guessnz is a scam site!!

Guessnz is a scam site!!! I purchased 2 pieces of luggage . After chasing for 3 weeks the tracking number finally registered but all that arrived was a $5 pair of sunglasses !! They said sorry must have been a mistake we will refund u 30% and u can keep the package. I wouldn’t Agee to this as I wanted a full refund or the bags I had ordered. They blocked my emails and kept my money

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Visited on the 01/09/24. Bought a bag and when I got to my car realised inside was damaged and stained. I returned to the store 1 hour after purchasing. The store had just closed and the staff were still there. I spoke to a member of staff through the window as she refused to open the door to speak to me. Explained what I’d just purchased was damaged and I just want it exchanged for one that isn’t. She told me I’ll have to come back another time and walked off. I understand the store was past closing time but she didn't even need to let me in. Could’ve just gone and swapped it for me but made no effort to be helpful. I’ll be seeking a full refund instead of an exchange and will purchase a bag elsewhere with another brand

I have ordered a handbag for my partner nearly 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. When I try to contact them about the only think what they say is that they send it and it is with the delivery company and they will get in touch with them and let me know but still hasn’t received an answer. I got in touch the delivery company and they said Guess hasn’t sent out the package yet. Scammers!!! SCAMMERS!! Guys if u don’t wanna waste your money don’t order from this SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered a bag for my wife.

Ordered a bag for my wife.
Order was not delivered because address was incomplete. Bag return to them asking me I need to pay the next shipping if I want my order to be shipped again. Of no!!! refund and will not buy again from you

I always careful wrote the full address before shipping to avoid any problems in all my orders online.

Your worker have one job and they still fail. Not gonna buy from you again.

Credit where credit due

I’ve bought a lot from Guess in the past few weeks and have loved everything , never had an issue with the quality from the clothes themselves to the delivery. However I did notice one item hadn’t been delivered and there were no further updates on the tracking link. I was apprehensive about contacting customer service after reading these reviews but thankfully web chat agent Maya has been brilliant in looking into the issue and providing me with updates. Granted it took 5-10 minutes to get connected on the we chat , it was worth the wait as I feel they are handling the issue very well. I wouldn’t hesitate in ordering again.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! Not worth the money! My boyfriend ordered shoes online for me and they arrived with the stitches ripped! (shoes for 120£) We tried to get in touch with them but that’s impossible, if you call the phone number it’s just redirecting you towards the website. If you try to send an email it’s opening a form and at the end it doesn’t allow you to send it! In WhatsApp it’s redirecting you to the website AGAIN! Basically there is no win with them. Do NOT buy from them 0 quality and they are expensive! The worst brand I’ve purchased from ever!

HORRIBLE Customer Service

I went to Guess STRATFORD Westfield customer service is horrible the caucasian lady behind the till with an accent she is not weary a name badge so I didn’t get her name GUESS she is very rude,argumentative,impolite and very unprofessional and unhelpful this lady don’t know the word please and thank you she made my shopping experience horrible with Guess,madam working in retail you should be warm,kind,polite,smile,friendly and happy to help you’re customer that’s customer service you show none of these qualities and your working in retail Guess you loss a customer.

I bought a guess watch from west Edmonton mall in Edmonton it was $ 275.00 the wrist band was to big at the time I didn’t make it smaller because they were close so I went back the falling Saturday to get it smaller and it was closed for renovations so I decided to go to the airport mall by the Edmonton international airport to go shopping and get my watch band smaller I went into the guess store and I asked one of the guys working if he could help me make my watch band smaller at first he told me to go back to were I bought it I told him they were renovating he didn’t want to I told him this is a guess store you’re all the same stores he had a bad attitude with me he didn’t want to he asked for my receipt I showed him he didn’t like that I had it on me he was very rude and bad customer service I always go shopping in the guess store he finally took one band from my watch after I had to get upset I asked him to take 2 bands off he only took 1 he was really lazy I will never go shopping back there again and spend money to that store I don’t know why there so rude in that store even if you ask them were something is the never smile or help with anything they have a bad bad attitude with people they should send somebody to check out that store a manager maybe change the people who work there and get people who enjoy working there very disappointed with that store will not didn’t no more money there again and it’s a mess inside the store nothing is organized clothes every were it’s dirty there to they don’t say hello when you walk into the store

I bought 2 pairs of shorts one…

I bought 2 pairs of shorts returned one cause tear by back pocket. Recieved another pair riped in the same place by top of pocket. They should last more than 3 times wearing. Not satisfied at all. My wrangler last a couple years. Sad the expensive pair did not last more than 3 times wearing. Never buying them again. If they get a hold of me give me another pair. I will change my review. Heard of the same happening to my brother in law same issue.

Ive purchased ,a few guess bags over…

Ive purchased ,a few guess bags over time and had ,some bought as presents all genuine ,but after a few uses ,found the material ,starts to peel really quickly ,especially on handles ,i was using one today and when i looked all the material on the handles had all peeled ,i wasnt happy ,for bags at a dearer price ,the material and quality is a real let down ,seems really cheap quality,ive had really cheap bags that have lasted longer and were better quality,from my experience with my hand bags guess has been a real letdown ,on the faux leather material ,i have guess bags that also have material chipped off on the actual bags not just handles ,i used to love guess but not so sure any more as bad quality for the price
