This company refuses to deal with their customers nor, their problems. Every time I have brought from these guys, there has been a problem which has been either their delivery systems or stock issue and they don't even acknowledge the issue. Such a rude company with no empathy for it's clients.
It is not a global brand but a regret.
Despite not using my GUESS brand shoes excessively over a 3-month period, considering weather conditions and the suitability for my work life, and without subjecting them to any impact, washing, or applying any substances, the patterned part on both sides of the shoes started to fade and whiten. This whiteness has grown over time. I returned the product to the authorized company for a refund or exchange. At the end of the process, I was informed that the shoes were not defective and no exchange would be made. I am truly shocked. There is no brand reliability in Turkey.
Dreadful quality + poor Customer Service.
A suitcase that I bought only lasted 18 months of infrequent use. When I questioned it with Customer Service there was 'nothing they could do to help' because the photos I sent showed misuse of the product! How do you 'misuse' a suitcase please.....?? The wheels had given up, which to my mind means they can't have been strong enough in the first place because wheeling a suitcase through an airport should NOT make them break! VERY disappointed and will not be purchasing from Guess again.

Don’t even worth 1 star , just received my order , a long puffer and it’s very obvious it’s a used puffer you can tell even by the smell let alone l found a used hairband inside the pocket ! I thought this brand new , l wouldn’t pay that much for a used/ second hand puffer !!! It’s just disappointing for a famous brand like guess !

This company used to produce some of the coolest sexiest and classiest clothes and accessories for women, but I don't know what happened? In the past few years, it's been getting a lot more difficult to find anything worth purchasing. Most of the clothes look comparable with what you might find at Walmart or Target, but yet the prices keep going up.

Ordered near enough £300 worth and I can’t use 2 items:
Boots - sent 2 completely different boots! One lace and one leather, then the audacity to offer me a discount. Because I’m y going to stroll round with odd boots on.
£120 pair of boots brought for me by my partner. Wrapped like they are brand new only to open the packaging and the boots have been worn l,they are filthy, even the heel is worn down.
Customer service well - it’s like I am repeating myself over and over to get the point across. Asked to send pics as evidence TWICE. So clearly not looking at what I’m sending.
28 weeks pregnant and Guess have been the most stressful part of it.
I will never shop here again-what a shame because I really thought I had found somewhere where I could some amazing clothes and shoes.
Sort it out: I’ve ordered from low end stores and never have I encountered something like this!

Poor customer service representative. I went to guess in square one missisauga, I went to know about hiring, I was holding my resume in my hand. I was trying to find someone to know about it I saw an adult, I tried to reach him but when he realized I am coming towards him, he walked away, completely ignoring me. I was totally mad and wanted to come out so I turned Then a women I saw earlier whom I was thinking is busy and looking away suddenly said Hi I thought she saw me going away so, is trying to listen from me so, I looked at her but realized she is saying it to the family who just entered in the store and was only 5 steps away from me. I was standing in middle of the family and women but she just totally ignored me. The most heart breaking moment for me.

They didn’t give back my money
Only gave them a one star because I couldn’t give a zero, I ordered a bag from their site a little less than a year ago when it arrived a didn’t like the colours so I returned it and requested a refund the next day, they took the bag but didn’t refund the money. I sent them a bunch of emails but got completely ignored.

I have a Guess Collection 1000+ euros worth watch. It's supposed to be the pride of guess, their best products etc. Its been several years since i bought it and its bracelet has faded so it needs to be changed. Now its getting really bad.... their watches have a special strip and if you want to change it it has to be bought from them. OK I said , bring me one I want to buy it. Oh we don't have any they said, the products warranty is only two years so we do dot produce any parts for that. If you want , they said, we can help you to choose a new watch to buy. What! ? So you buy a product 1000+ worth but the after sales are 0 and you want me to buy again from you ? hahaha... and it would be OK for me if i could by an aftermarket strip but i don't have this choice either cause their idiotic special strip its only guess's production. So DO NOT BUY Guess Collection Watches if you want to keep a watch more than 5 years. I have my own 10 years and now either i have to wear a watch with faded bracelet either i have to put it away in a closet or something and buy another watch. Personally I have many products from guess, sunglasses, bags etc. after this experience I would avoid this brand cause they are not giving the appropriate respect to their costumers nor their products .

I bought sunglasses from Guess after 8 mounts the frame left the lenses. I complained no answer for 3 weeks so I complained again finally and asked me for proof of pictures, invoice. I did all sent back their apologies for the defected item and nothing else happened. Refund or replacement. I contacted the customer again with Laura who is the worst person in my experience. Terrible service rude personal.

If I could give 0 I would. It has been nearly 2 months requesting a refund for a FAULTY item where the logo was upside down. Poor quality. 30 emails and 20 phone calls, promising a refund that never came. They have put the phone down on me, been rude and have requested further bank details - which is illegal. AWFUL SERVICE STAY AWAY!!! GUESS HAVE STOLEN MY ITEM AND MY MONEY!!!
