You need to improve your customer service
Poor sadly they don’t answer the phone, the chat bot doesn’t work you fill out your text then it won’t send and the email system is broken as you can’t fill out subject (title) and as this is a requirement so you can’t send it ! They sent my parcel to a similar address as mine but in Ramsgate not Margate … I checked the parcel it was the Ramsgate address ! Courier not at fault ! After some detective work I drove a 6 mile round trip to recover it at my own expense.
