Worst experience ever. I do not recommend ever buying from them… I ordered seven items over $150 and they were delivered to somebody else’s house and when I called they said it wasn’t their problem and that there was nothing they could do that I had to call their partner who delivers the items. Even the gal when I asked her if she had a picture of my porch, she said I can’t share the picture with you, but it looks like there’s no porch at this house so she confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address and they still did not offer a refund or to re-ship me my items so somebody else has my costume… I will never shop here again and if you do, it’s on you Horrible customer service.

Received a nice coupon that was 25% off orders over 100.00 - went to use it and it was invalid. Customer service agent was helpful - but was limited to only another 15% -not the 25%.
Needed the additional discount to make the costumes affordable for my family and was very disappointed that they could not honor a coupon that I had just received

I ordered a costume for my toddler. When it arrived she tried it on and it didn’t fit. It was small on her. I Decided to do an exchanged. I called their customer service and ask for a return label. The agent told me that the replacement will be mailed right after the package will be scanned with FedEx. I mailed it. Waited a week and after not hearing back I contacted them again. The new agent (Ashley) told me that the replacement was never shipped and they don’t have the size that I need in stock anymore. I asked them for a refund. And not only do I have to pay for the (exchange) return label ($7.99), they also take 4 weeks to issue a refund and charge an 18% restocking fee. This is a total rip off! I wasted my money, my time and won’t ever return as a customer.
HORRIBLE! They make you pay $7.99 for return AND make you print your own shipping labels. Then on top of that, they take an 18% "restock" fee. You're lucky to get half of what you paid refunded. What a crock.

Terrible quality. Sized all wrong. Barely covered half my son's stomach. Waste of money. Not enough time to return and get another so now I have to go somewhere else and spend more money. Plus the 18 percent restock fee? What? You sent something the wrong size you crooks.
I ordered a Mr and Mrs Potato head costumes for Halloween and didn't read the small print in which you get his eyes, her eyes, his and hers ears etc but you only get one body suite that is reversible and you are supposed to share, it is clearly advertised with two people wearing the outfit and lead to believe it's for couples, when I complained they said they would make an exception and refund the costume on return but not the £17.00 shipping fee. I feel totally mislead.
They suck don't buy animatronics because they don't provide parts.. you pay 500 for an animatronic if something happens they say buy a new one
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I ordered a cruella Deville costume that was very expensive and came with a white fur coat. I did not love that we had to pay so much for shipping, but I took a chance. Well when the costume arrived, the coat had pink spots on it, and it was due to how poorly it was packed. The inner linning of the coat which is red, must have bled onto the front of the coat, leaving these light pink spots.
I decided because it cost so much, that I wanted to exchange it, because I still wanted the costume, just not one with pink spots.
When I called their customer service line, I was directed to process the return via the chat feature.
This was already red flag number one. So I proceed to the chat, and they ask me to provide a photo, and I provided several photos. I also shared that because of the color of the coat, and the paleness of the pink, they would have to focus on the left side of the coat when reviewing the photos. The first agent, said she couldn't see it; therefore, I was limited to 1 option of receiving FUN bucks. There was no exchange option, and the customer service rep Taylor was not very helpful.
SO I began processing the return and did not recieve the FUN BUCKS right away, in fact, it never came through to my email so I had to follow up again via chat.
This time Joline was my representative, and they WERE NOT HELPFUL. In fact they were very rude and condescencing when I inquired about paying for a shipping fee a 2nd time, when the fault of my return was theirs and not mine.
Joline did a POOR job of explaining the policy and gave me a hard time about the photos not displaying anything. There was no care AT ALL for my experience or frustration with a greedy return policy. All of the money this site is charging for costumes and then to have such a poor customer service experience, I WILL NOT BE PURCHASING FROM THEM IN THE FUTURE.
I have been charged £372.99 for shipping that was not advertised when I placed my order!! (£11.99 was my selected rate) and order total should have been £74.98 not £422.48 I have been charged!! Refund the £372.99 please as this is a joke you've taken it on yourselves to charge this extra without informing me! I would NEVER have paid this for shipping this item!

Ordered costumes on 9/19, was told they would be delivered by the 29th. They did not even ship them out within 10 days, then gave me a hard time on the refund. Do not trust these people.
Very pleased with the quality of what i ordered. Much better than expected. Arrived quickly. Only downside was FedEx who were rubbish. But would deffo order again for the range of things on offer.
One star is one too many. I will never buy from them again. I tried my costume on and it was to small, put it back in the bag and sent it back. They tried to say it was covered in hair. Yes I have dogs but amazing how something can be covered in less than 5 minutes. I had to fight them for pictures which showed a total of 3 dog hairs.
Giving them a 1 star is too much. I bought a giant pumpkin early so i would get one without the worry of them running out.3 Weeks later i tried to set it up. As it was getting full the seem burst. I contacted them right away and they said since i did not call them within two weeks they would not replaces it.
Please see below my experience with this company.
1. Misdescribed Product
I ordered a “Hulk Hogan Wig” based on the product title and image displayed on your website, which clearly depicted Hulk Hogan’s characteristic bald top, covered with a red bandana, long blonde sides. What I received was entirely different — a full blonde bob-style wig and a red piece of cloth fabric, bearing no resemblance to either the image or description provided.
Under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (2019/771/EU) and the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), goods must match their description and images provided at the time of sale. This product did not.
2. Refund of Delivery Costs
They have stated that I am not entitled to a refund of the outbound delivery charge as “the service was provided.” This is incorrect in law. Where goods are misdescribed or not as advertised, consumers are entitled to a full refund including the original delivery costs.
3. Return Shipping Costs
They have also insisted that I cover the cost of return shipping. Again, this contradicts EU law. Where goods are faulty or misdescribed, the seller must bear the cost of return. Forcing the customer to pay return postage for a misdescribed item is unlawful.
4. Withholding of My Review
I submitted a review of this product through their website over six weeks ago. Instead of publishing it, you placed it “under moderation” indefinitely and ignored my direct question asking how many reviews you currently have in moderation. Suppressing genuine consumer feedback in this way is highly concerning and creates the impression of intentionally blocking negative reviews, which is misleading to future customers.
5. Lack of Response
I have been contacting them consistently since 13 August 2025 with no meaningful resolution. Failure to respond to legitimate consumer complaints breaches good faith obligations under EU consumer protection law.
The customer service representatives are caring, knowledgeable, and very fast acting to resolve the situation. I had a problem with a defect and a costume, and they sent a new one immediately and posted for the defective one to return… I was very satisfied and definitely will be a return customer.!
I have yet to receive a costume in new condition that’s not covered in something, missing half the pieces or has giant holes in it! They then take over a week to get you a new costume without even an apology
