Bad customer service, beware!!
Placed my order December 2020, emailed in Jan 2021 to get a delivery update. Emails ignored, finally had to message on Instagram to get vague replies only. Then told delivery due end of December, 24 hours later order cancelled with no explanation and no offer of an alternative bag. Was a Christmas present and now left with nothing! I understand things can go out of stock but to have my money for 6 weeks and ignore my emails is disgusting. Beware, they remove negative reviews from their website so you’ll only get a biased review for them!
