We needed our laptop repaired
We needed our laptop repaired. The company made the process easy. We had our faulty laptop collected with a loan laptop delivered at same time. The repair had a quick turn around. Millie kept us updated throughout and organised the laptop to be returned very quickly. Very friendly and helpful service.

Efficient and supportive
I had an issue with my laptop, and HardSoft arranged for it to be collected, with a loan device delivered at the same time. They managed to fix the issue with my laptop and again arrange delivery and collection. The whole process was really smooth. Charlie Lock kept me updated throughout and was extremely helpful.
