10 years of loyalty rewarded with poor service
Having been a customer for over ten years, customer service has tanked in the last couple of years. One lease cost us over £600 due to not being correctly closed down by Hardsoft, and excessive end of lease costs being levied. Very disappointing customer service which does nothing to reward loyalty

I’m genuinely sorry to hear how disappointed you are. Having been a HardSoft customer for over ten years, I completely understand why you feel frustrated, especially as ownership of equipment has previously been transferred to you without charge at the end of your agreements.
As you have had other active agreements with us in the past, ownership has historically been passed free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
However, as this is now your final agreement with us, a notional fee of £59 is applicable as you wish to keep the Surface Laptop rather than return it.

I've worked with Hardsoft for over 10 years and they have never let me or my customers down a single time. Katie, Ryan and the rest of the team are great to deal with, a credit to the company.
