RUN BY CRIMINALS.MOST OF THE BAD REVIEWS HAVE BEEN DELETED THE LIST GO ON AND ON AND ON.THE LIQUIDATOR SAYS EVERY BODYS STOLEN MONEY HAVE BEEN SPENT UNDER THE NEW BUSINESS NAME RUN BY THE SAME THEIVES.MY OWN EXPERIENCE . NICK HAS MY NUMBER AND MY EMAIL HE CAN CALL ME.

Google the director and owner you will see he a relative phoenix when it comes to taking peoples money and going in to receivership then miraculously re opening under a different business name.
We were lied to and our money taken.
Don't go near this company.

Have reopened in Harrogate centre selling similar brands. Under the name Chelsea Design Furniture.

They have got my money an I haven’t got my products anyone known how to get in touch

This company is run by thieves. I ordered £9,000 worth of furniture from them in July 2019. After no word for 3 months I had to chase them so many times and was fobbed off constantly. By the Autumn they said i had to pay the balance before delivery. I stupidly paid and have never received the goods!! They never returned my calls, I am suing them now but it seems they are in administration. I will not stop until I get money back!!

We have now received confirmation that the Company has been put into 'voluntary liquidation'.
The Administrators are XL Business Solutions Limited, based in Cleckheaton, who have written to us stating the company will no longer be able to fulfil our order.
We have spoken to the manufacturer - Cattelan, who have informed us that our order has been manufactured but they are unable to ship, as Harrogate Interiors have not paid for the items.

If anybody has any news on the status of this business can you please share? I like a few, have sent them thousands of pounds and promised the delivery of furniture, but I am still waiting and I am unable to contact them. It sounds like they have closed the business. There will be an administrator appointed at some point, if anyone finds out who they are, can they please share?

They have my fully paid for items in their warehouse which are replacements for damaged items in my original order. I cannot get through on the phone the answerphone is constantly on and nobody replies to my emails or Facebook messenger. Why is there no contact from you? What on earth is going on? At least let the public know what’s happening, I just want my furniture. This is so very stressful.

UPDATE:- As from this morning 18th March 2020, I have had an official letter from XL Business Solutions Ltd on 01274 870101, Jeremy Bleazard, telling me that Harrogate Interiors have now officially gone into liquidation with instructions of how to proceed.

I placed an order in December, with delivery estimated as early Feb. paid 50% deposit being £1,000 and since then none of my phone calls have been answered, and no e mails responded to. The answerphone machine is constantly on, and when I did get through after a week of trying, i was told "i have been told to tell you that your order is in course" Clearly this company is in financial difficulties or administration, and from my personal experience they are behaving at best dishonorably and from my perspective dishonestly to their customers. I have instructed a solicitor to investigate. My advice is steer well clear, and treat positive reviews on Trustpilot with a strong degree of skepticism

Ordered 2 lamps with 4-6 lead time. Full payment required when placing the order.
I received a receipt for payment via email.
I called after 4 weeks to enquire how the order was progressing, told may be delayed due to circumstances beyond their control. Called every week to receive updates, always informed supplier was inundated with order so delay continued. Last week, 4th March, a breakthrough my items were in the warehouse and the warehouse would be in contact. No phone call received. I have called numerous times no answer, I have replied to the email they initially sent, no answer, I have tried to contact them through Facebook...no answer. Please beware. I have looked on ‘Companies House’ to see if they have gone into administration, as of today 14th March they have not.
I can only hope they do the decent thing and not let their customers down.

I ordered a mirror back in December . I received one order confirmation with no clear deadline of when the item would arrive. I have called every few weeks to which I get told the item will be coming soon and there has been a delay. This was 3 months ago! I’ve been calling for the past week and now no one is answering the phone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! I am an experienced online shopper and not only is the customer service and care for their customers appalling, I can’t help but feel like they’ve stolen my money.

I stumbled across Harrogate Interiors after vising the furniture floor at Harrods. They have lots of brands that are in the Harrods furniture section which I was very surprised about. The service was great and will use them again.

This company has almost certainly gone into administration. They have ceased to answer the phone nor emails. I am a designer and they have payments for a number of items I have ordered through them for clients which they have not fulfilled.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Contacted Harrogate Interiors with an inquiry and it was dealt with promptly. Item arrived a week later, very happy!!

The website has 1000's of products and happy to match prices from competitors. Great delivery team.

Beyond poor service 22 weeks for a product and still no delivery, no follow up calls yet every time you ring they promise a call back.
£1000 deposit paid in October, now mid March and no date for delivery.

BEWARE, Do not use this company ordered a light waiting now over 8 weeks when I was initially told 2 weeks. Was told that this is in their warehouse, they won’t answer phone or respond to emails, contacted supplier who advised no such order has been placed. Do not use this company.
