A small hiccup with my order but was quickly rectified, thanks!

They may just take your money and not refund it. Purchased £2k of product, a TUUCI parasol, total order value paid upfront in August 2019. After tens of emails chasing, nothing back but broken promises. I checked with the TUUCI European distributor who told me the order was placed but cancelled because they did not pay. Formal refund request made verbally and by email. Still nothing back. It’s basically theft. I can see they are trying to manage their online image by changing addresses etc. It’s very bad. Obviously, do not use them !

Terrible company. Ordered a sofa 9 months ago and they have been lying to me, telling me that the sofa would soon arrive. Upon checking with the sofa producer in Italy, I found out they never paid for my sofa. They also owe me a refund for a mirror. All together they owe me over £4K. I have now taken legal action. Do not use this company, your money will be gone.

Honestly Harrogate Interiors is one of the best places for home furnishings. There's always someone at the end of the phone when I need them, and I always get to speak to the same friendly people. They're professionalism and courteousness are what has built my confidence with them and the products they sell.

Great quality furniture, sound advice

Ordered a Desk back in July and still not received it! I’m the one having to chase them all the time without much luck. Business is definitely in financial difficulty. Will be raising a dispute with my CC company for failure to deliver goods! Avoid at all costs!

The cattalan dining table we ordered is just what we wanted. Delivery time took a little bit longer than expected but very happy with product. Good quality table Italian design. Alison helped me pick it and the advice is absolutely right. Loos lovely alison thank you.

Terrible experience - order for almost £10,000 of furniture placed in July 2019, fully paid, told it would be delivered in September, no contact whatsoever despite chasing week after week; eventually after calls and emails, a delivery van turned up on 27th December - some pieces badly damaged, others in the wrong colour. Rejected the whole delivery. Was told they would be corrected and redelivered within 3 weeks. Heard nothing. Chased, emailed, telephoned - no response. It is now March 2020. Leaves no choice but to bring legal action. Disgraceful that this company can claim to have any proper customer service.

The assistance from Nick was helpful. After visiting the showroom, I can say all the staff were friendly, helpful and caring. I would have no hesitation in recommending Harrogate Interiors.

We have used Nick at Harrogate for quite a few years now and have built a strong working relationship with the company. The ordering process is a breeze and have only had a couple of delayed deliveries, which is good considering some Italian companies are hard work at best to deal with.

The design team were patient and helped me every step of the way. A helpful and friendly service which was an added bonus than just being a furniture shop. Very happy.

Totally unprofessional - never buy anything from them. Bought a table from them which is defective - we have tried for months to get them to respond and have now gone to small claims court to get them to replace it. They lie, obfuscate and try anything to avoid doing what is required. Expect them to take your money and provide no customer service whatsoever. They even ignore their own terms and conditions. Please, please, please ignore and go elsewhere.

This company doesn’t even worth one star but there is no Zero star option. Bought expensive Italian furniture from Harrogate in June. One of the items is a Giorgio Desk almost £10K. It arrived in July with multiple defects. Harrogate promised to replace it. Then failed. Promised us again and then failed to deliver again by Oct end. It has been almost 6 months, I still can't get my perfect desk which is worth the money I paid . Now no response from them at all. Totally unprofessional.
