I found the garden furniture fairly easy to assemble. The product is of excellent quality and comfortable. We had a slight issue with the weatherproof cover and contacted customer service, who treated our concern with understanding and professionalism, quickly attending to our concern and rectifying our problem.

Felt the Eton 4 seat dining set was good value for money and comfortable. Purchased from a local garden centre who delivered, unpacked, assembled and took the packaging away. Delivery guys showed table/chairs height adjustable, went through additional bits provided if smaller parasol pole ever used, gave advice on upkeep and what to do on windy days!

Excellent product. It looks wonderful in our garden.

Very pleased so far with the look of our garden set, we haven’t been able to use it yet because of the weather!

Bought the Berkley dining table and 4 chairs from Peter in Mid Ulster Garden Centre. Peter was so helpful and easy to deal with. Our purchase came via courier and was exactly as expected. A beautiful, good quality set. A great service from start to finish. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Did a fair amount of research and went to view other products by Hartman. I am delighted with my set. It was to be fair an end of line so sale price but would have paid full price. Quality is fantastic. I chose the dark grey with folio wood effect detail. It’s very comfy. Seats firm but will keep shape. Purchased Hartman cover set and also excellent quality. Really sturdy yet comfortable with angled back. Looks really expensive.

At present I have an unresolved problem with the misalignment of two of the legs on one of the 2 chairs. batch no.202552 Allerdale bistro set. Otherwise it would score higher. For close on £800 I expected better quality and quality control.

After a couple of visits to try out I purchased the Hartman Capri 4 seater round table set from our local Garden centre.
The seats are very sturdy and a good height which is good for me. The whole set is a quality product, I love it

Excellent quality and great extended warranty

I would have rated the product 5 but we had great difficulty fitting the table together. Once we realised how the panels fitted to the legs getting the table to line up was not easy at all. I would also add that the spanner provided was slightly too big for the nuts and kept slipping off. The sales assistant in Garsons did say fitting the table together may need patience so I guess others may have had issues. Maybe Hartman should look at making the table a fixed piece like the chairs. However all in all the set looks great in our conservatory.

I chose the Hartman Eden two seater lounge set. Very solid construction but the aluminium frame makes it light enough to move around easily. The body of the seats came complete I just had to bolt the legs in which was simple and quick to do. All fixings and Allen key’s included with very easy to follow instructions. My only criticism is the bolts are not marked with ‘chair’ or ‘table’ and as the table bolts are a tad longer I’d suggest doing the table first and seeking out the packet with the longer screws in. That said I was sitting comfortably within an hour. The covers are all removable should the need to clean arise, but they are very good quality. The cushions are firm and deep making the chairs supportive and also no too low that you can’t get out of them. All in all a very comfortable lounger. I also bought a the Hartman covers for this set which I would very much recommend. The covers are really good quality and fit easily and quickly, even have strong elastic loops at each leg to hook under each leg to prevent the cover riding up in a storm. Really nice touch and has already proved to be an excellent idea for the breezy place I live. If you want outdoor seating that is both comfortable and I suspect is going to be very durable then the Hartman Eden Lounge range I can highly recommend.

It’s a great product

We purchased from Mid Ulster Garden centre they were fantastic to deal with. The furniture arrived on the appointed day at the appointed time and they kept us up to date regarding delivery. The furniture was beautifully packed. We are absolutely delighted with it. This is our 2nd purchase of Hartman Furniture for two different areas of the garden. We can highly recommend.

Very pleased with the quality of the Urban Bistro Set and the packaging was excellent. Very good service also from Burleydam Garden Centre.
