I have recently purchased a cover for my capri table. At reception, the weight and feel made it easier to justify the price… Until trying fitting, it simply wouldn’t stay in place. After every windy event I had to fix it, to the point I was doubting having bought the right cover reference…
Finally, after less than 3 months of using it, one of the elastics snapped.

The Tierra lounge set is both stylish and really comfortable. It is well made and we are delighted with our purchase

We experienced some items missing from our table and chairs one of the screw in feet had disappeared and the parasol indert was missing inside the table. The after sales team promptly sorted this out for us and kept us well informed. The Chairs and Table are very good quality and solid.

Items very well packed and protected, beautiful design and the wood effect aluminium finish looks incredible.

I’m really disappointed with my Hartman replacement pergola canopy. It was very expensive (£120), but the quality is poor — the fabric only lasted two summer seasons before it started to degrade and rip. For something at this price point, I expected it to be far more durable.

The warranty is only one year, which is pretty poor for an outdoor product meant to last. When I contacted customer services, they simply told me I would have to buy another replacement, offering no goodwill or assistance.

Considering how much the original pergola cost, it’s no longer cost-effective to keep replacing the canopy every couple of years. Sadly, the whole thing will probably have to be replaced, which makes this purchase feel like a complete waste of money.

I wouldn’t recommend this product — overpriced and not built to last.

Wonderfully designed and well manufactured. Very robust and looks beautiful in the garden. In addition, the amount of care taken in the packaging and protection given to each item before transit is amazing.

We've only had the furniture a week but it looks good and feels strong. My request for info about the warranty was dealt with quickly and easily.

I bought my outdoor dining set. Consisting of 1 large oval table, 6 chairs, 1 parasol (with cover) 1 heavy duty cover to cover everything.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and we received our furniture the next day.

Delivered as per instructions. Packaged and wrapped so well I was almost loathed to open it ! Not assembled it yet but it all seems fine

From ordering, to assembling the furniture, only 5 legs and a couple of Velcro strips. It was so easily and looks lovely on the patio, very comfortable too.
