I purchased a firestick from this bogus trader - item never arrived and seller never replied to my multiple enquiries. Buy from them at your own risk...

No communication from the company whenni asked where my item was. WhatsApp number doesn't work and they don't reply to emails. I tracked my item but the status never changed then it arrived a week late - too late as ut was a present for my son so I had to get one off Amazon. I now Darenth send it back in case I never see a refund. Buy cheap buy twice certainly applies to this company .

Scam websites, like many people paid for a steam deck for them to give me a tracking number for royal mail 10 days have passed and the tracking number hasn’t updated and still haven’t received my item, avoid like the plague.
All the negative reviews about this company are true, the positive ones are obviously fake reviews

Do not buy from this company, either through their website or through onbuy.com. They say they have sent the item and provide a Royal Mail tracking number, then you are waiting weeks for the tracking number to update. Still not received my goods, so will be reporting this as fraudulent through my bank! Hopefully will receive the £300 back quickly. But if you don’t want to be scammed then avoid this company.

Doing business with them has been an absolute joy. I adore the items I bought, and I'm already planning my next purchase once I clear my recent payments.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS RETAILER. I bought a mobile from them, through Onbuy. One ot the security tags was broken. They were very slow to respond. Eventually, with their permission I opened the box. All APPEARED OK, Until I set the phone up, to discover that the fingerprint sensor did not work. Then the camera stopped working. They are not responding to my requests for my money to be returned

Bought an iPad paid over £400 never arrived been messaging being very patient as I am Ill need this gadget for medical use and they are so inconsiderate no reply nothing please be aware

Item did arrive and works fine but took the full 11 days, be aware item is Chinese import and supplied with an adapter making the plug stand out too far to fit behind unit. Would warranty be honoured if went wrong.

Really surprised! Yes, that is a bit of a back-handed compliment, but to be honest, my expectations were not high, especially for the price. I was hesitant if they could be trusted. However, that's all in the past - the delivery came earlier than expected. I ordered a Canon Camera, and it was packed well in great condition. I wish I'd come across them sooner! Definitely value for money! Good job!

I wasn't sure about buying from an independent retailer I had not heard of, but I couldn't be happier. Ordered on a Monday and was in my hand by Thursday. Uses Royal Mail, which I always prefer. Managed to save over £60 compared to Amazon. Very pleased, would recommend.

Purchased an iPad online have not received the iPad and they have kept my money. Purchased product through onbuy who they have also not responded to. They have been told to issue a refund within 3 day. They have not. SCAM FRAUD STAY AWAY
