I got what ordered, significantly cheaper than any other website at a cost of a little patience. The approx three week wait and stages of shipping are clearly flagged up and explained on the website, products are coming from China and are delivered with tracking number within three days of arriving in the UK, by Royal Mail. I did take the precaution of paying by PayPal, so have some recourse if anything went wrong, which adds 5% to the cost of the product - in my case a UeMegaBoom 3.

This was an excellent service, highly recommended.

Ordered Specialist headphones as i am disabled, came ok, sadly were faulty, returned next day. They are no longer responding to my emails, I am so ill over this nearly 200 pounds stolen from me....im hoping they will see this and act properly and not steal from a very ill man. Definitely not a scam, bought Apple watches and Ipads from them with zero trouble. Yes, it can take up to 2 weeks to arrive as described online. Tracking only available 2 to 3 days before delivery date when the items arrive in the UK. Be patient and you will save a considerable amount.

Purchased a product, it never arrived. They said it had arrived, but couldn't provide signature of "apparent" signatory. Then would not reply to multiple emails, leaving a child without a present for Christmas. Requested replacement or refund neither met. Just completely ignored.
Avoid at all costs. Take your money and then disappear.

The ordering process was easy, and I was kept up to date with the delivery. There was a hiccup, but it was swiftly dealt with, and the excellent and detailed communication reassured me. The order arrived as advised, and I'm delighted with both the product and the service. Highly recommended.

I ordered a GoPro Hero 11 Black on a Saturday, and it arrived today, much quicker than expected. I was initially skeptical about the low price, but it turned out to be genuine. My only suggestion for improvement is to clearly state whether the products are new or used to avoid any confusion for buyers.

I ordered a Nintendo switch on the 26th Nov from the OnBuy website. Still no sign of delivery and cannot find a way of calling this company to enquire.

Hi how long after an item is despatched would you usually receive. I placed an order on onbuy 25th November, and received an email on the 27th November to say it’s been dispatched.

Bought a speaker, have emailed and tried to use the watsap contact but have had no response and no delivery of the product... thats £120 I most probably will never see again

The price seemed too good to be true, but I decided to go for it anyway. Delivered in 8 business days, the camera is perfect. Very pleased.

This is a scam website, my order has been on hold for few months and there is no1 to contact, I have sent numerous emails but no1 will respond.

They don't respond to the WhatsApp number on the site, they don't respond to the emails, they don't respond via online chat either.

I guess the only way they will respond is if you name and shame them.

If u read this updated review then give me an email address which works and I will send my bank details. I want my refund. Actually here is my bank details, let's see if I get my money, if not, I will get trading standards involved.

Been completely ignored for a refund come up with all sorts of excuses to not refund you then ignore you eventually onbuy had to step in to refund me .
This has caused me total stress and anxiety

Bought an iPad and I had made a mistake with delivery address .
contacted company to ask of delivery address can be changed and had no reply surely I should at least have a tracking number .
I also contacted onbuy.com asking for help no reply .
No tracking number either to try and sort delivery myself .
Very rude not replying back to me and now stressing about something that should have been a smooth transaction .
Really not a happy customer here .

Got an email saying the parcel was dispatched 5 days ago, and when I try to track it, there is no information on the royal email system. This has got to be the worst customer service ever.

On Sunday, I emailed the previous negative review to Hash Tech Guy, saying it had been posted on Trustpilot, & that I'd post others whilst seeking a chargeback on Mon for the £127, unless I had communication regarding the item's delivery. To my amazement, there was a reply very early Mon saying all the right things (understand frustration; assurance, update on location in Bristol, delivery due within 4 days & an apology).
The package with the speaker, well wrapped & working fine, arrived that morning - What a great surprise & relief.
So as I mentioned earlier, I'll withdraw my criticisms & say they actually came through in the end with the goods, as was the arrangement. So sorry for the trashy review! I will second another reviewer's comment, though, that mentioned the awful customer communications.
It doesn't take much to keep customers informed, as we can all understand when 3rd party shipping causes delays.
I will say that there is a proliferation of crooked sites making money by sending the wrong/inferior goods, sometimes offering a part refund. I thought this may have been one, but was wrong & apologise, once more.

Have been waiting for an UE Megaboom speaker to arrive since an email on 7th Nov said it was en route. It’s been 11 days and the tracking shows no progress, no further emails from supplier & no response to my concerns. I’m starting to doubt that my order is going to appear & believe they are just another scam company..
I’m happy to retract this story & sing their praises if I can get a genuine response of concern & the order fulfilled as promised when paid for in advance.
