When I placed my order I did not order the right size. I Thought that I did, but when I received my order it was not the right size. I contacted customer suppport and they responded right away. They are sending me the me the correct size and I am grateful for that. In am a senior and I am very satified with the customer response.

An anomalous glitch occurred during my initial purchased resulting in my thinking the payment had failed and I therefore repeated my order. All messages were intercepted and placed in my junk folder, meaning I was not aware of the problem. Thankfully, the company picked up on a repeat order and contacted me to ascertain if this was an error. The Customer Services team were magnificent, nothing was too much trouble and a refund made, even though I had accepted the fault was mine. 5*

Had old address but sent company an email within minutes of sending the order to say it could be delivered there or sent to my correct address but was never acknowledged. Finally received an email saying it wasn’t delivered and gave them the correct address.
Bra/Camisoles
I ordered 2 bra/camisoles. Unfortunately, I needed a larger size. The quality is superb. Very silky and well made. I would recommend this product highly to anyone. Excellent Customer Service
Just want to say that I thought I was going to have a fight on my hands as a double order showed up on my bank statement and I had only placed one order. Hatmeo noticed it and sent me a text questioning it. I responded and told them it was an error (don't know if it was my fault or theirs) but they sent a return text saying that they were issuing a refund immediately. You don't see that much anymore from companies so it was very appreciated. Regards and Thank you!!

This is worst company I have ever dealt with. They talk about there refund policy 100 percent guarantee money back but it is to costly you won't return. Then they offer you a 10 dollar credit for a 88.00 dollar purchase what a joke do not buy from this company

Every one was very helpful and patient, as my technology expertise is very limited. The staff were very prompt in replying to my questions. I did wonder why I was required to send videos, so it may be a good idea to tell your customers the reason for the videos
Very helpful and Kind
I was very anxious to order the book Murphy's Law for Children, and I ordered two copies. Unfortunately, I received the bad news that I had to have $700 worth of repairs on my brakes, which cut into my "disposable" money. I contacted Hatmeo and received a return email immediately. After offering other suggestions, they kindly agreed to refund my money. I would recommend this company very highly.

I placed an order for two bras, and when they arrived the sizing was so incorrect.
Before I made the purchase, I read the return policy and was understanding that I could return them.
That is a load a crap.
I was offered a $AU4 for them. I paid $AU100. Where do they get off offering that as a refund.
I finally managed to get a return address and posted it on the 16 April 2026.
It arrived in China on the 26 April 2026 and it has been sitting there all this time.
I had Australia Post follower up to see what was happening and Hatmeo had received notice that it was there and they had to pay the duty/tax payment.
They told me they didn't know where it was and to keep them informed.
I will keep them informed alright. Trash their company is what I will do.
If they don't do that, then the item will be returned to me. I paid the shipping to get it there and I'm now going to be out of pocket for more money.
This company is an absolute farse.

This company is awful
This company is awful. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! I purchased something from them and tried to return it. They want to give me half the amount I paid in store credit and refund $4 to me and have me keep what I bought. Why would I want store credit? I have no desire to purchase anything more from them. My other option is to receive 3/4 of what I paid back because of restocking fees and pay to ship it to China to return it. I’m not getting a good deal either way.

This company is a rip off, their satisfaction guarantee is a joke. I ordered 2 bra camis, the fit was terrible. When I contacted them via email, I was told that I would have to pay return shipping, even though they charged me a mandatory return fee when I ordered. Went on to tell me it would be very expensive to ship back, they offered me $3 and a $30 coupon, which I assume would be for more of their junk. NO THANKS

I received two tanks and they were to small. I wanted to return but they said instead of that, they would give me 30 dollars off if I ordered again if it was over 40 dollars. I put in the code and it did not work. Now I have to wait 24 hours for a response cuz they don’t get back to you till the next day.

I initially ordered according to the size chart, but the tank with built in bra was too small. The company offered replacement rather than exchange for a $10 ship fee. I was pretty happy and am waiting for the new tank.

I inadvertently made a duplicate purchase and instead of letting it go through, the company responded quickly to ask how I wanted it handled. I responded and it was taken care of immediately.
Defective toothbrush
I ordered their toothbrush in December, 2025. Customer Service said that if I paid $9.99 for shipping, the company would send me another toothbrush. This was in March, 2026. This toothbrush did not work. From the middle of the toothbrush to the back, the toothbrush did not light up or vibrate. I have sent countless pictures in. Customer Service said that if I paid $9.99 for shipping and wrote a good review for their product, the company would send me another toothbrush. I found this deceptive and fraudulent. I have asked to be contacted by a supervisor countless times to no avail. So I am out the cost of the toothbrush and an additional charge of $9.99 for second shipping charge.
