If there was a minus, I would award them that. One star is generous, terrible cheap shoddy products, customer service even worse. Do not buy from them, I bought 2 pairs of sunglasses wore them both on... See more

Website is scam. Description and photos of produce are a lie.
Reporting to UK ombudsman service. I suggest everyone else who had bad experience to do the same.
Faulty products
Faulty products and not as good as photographs, company pretends to be German but all goods come from China.
When trying to return goods they just put up objections and correspond in German. Don’t touch this company go to Poundland better products.
Bad quality product and high shipping fees
I ordered a fleece blanket for 47 euros. It was heavily reduced in price. I expected some quality but I received it and the quality was really bad and it felt very cheap. I wanted to return it but the return price to get it back to China where it was made was 30 euros.

I really would not select any stars but had to in order to enter a review.
I would definitely not recommend ordering from Haus of Mode.
I ordered an L-shaped sofa cover for €70 and waited over a month for it to arrive.
When the package finally arrived, it immediately seemed too small. After opening it, I discovered they had sent a standard three-seater sofa cover instead of the L-shaped cover advertised on their website. The cover did not fit my L shaped sofa and left the entire left-hand section uncovered.
I contacted customer service straight away and provided photos and videos clearly showing the issue. Despite the evidence, I was told that I had received the correct item and that I simply did not know how to fit it properly.
After researching the company (unfortunately did this after placing the order) and reading reviews from other customers, I realised my experience was not unique. Many buyers reported long delivery times, receiving products that differed from what was advertised, and difficulties resolving issues with customer support.
I was extremely disappointed with both the product and the after-sales service (whole experience was a waste of time and money). I eventually had to purchase a replacement from another company.
Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from Haus of Mode unless you want to waste your time and money.

Wish I read these reviews before I purchased ,cheap glue shoes ,even the delivery packaging was cheap ,no shoe box ,soles were glued not stitched ,cheap plastic ,delivery said 4-6 days ,was more like over two weeks.. never again
Cheap Chinese copy of garment listed!
I ordered a Japenese style luxury fabric linen and cotton shirt in a mens 4XL ( UK XL)
They sent me a ladies polyester blouse much too short, by 10cm, for a man to wear.
The size label had been cut out and the fabric content label sats 100 Polyester.
They offered me 20% off, then 30% off to keep it !
I have no use for it at all.
I was then told to return it, not to a German company where I had bought it, but to a company in China, recorded post to arrive within 14 days!
A parcel from UK to China with customs papers etc takes more than 14 days!
This cheap polyester blouse has already cost me £36 and I have no intention of adding another £14 for postage of an item they wrongly sent.
These people are fraudsters.
The shirt photos they listed are not the product they deliver. They make a cheap Chinese counterfeit copy of other people's merchandise to sucker you in !
AVOID AVOID AVOID
A scam company. Avoid them!
I ordered shoes from them in early May 2026 and they never arrived. I flagged this to them and did not want to follow up with Royal Mail (delivery service) though Royal Mail told me that the sender is legally responsible for the lost items. This was the first red flag. I asked for the refund. This fake company declined and insisted to resend me the items and investigate the matter internally. They didn’t provide me with the update of the investigation. After 6 weeks, I still did not receive the items from them even they sent the shoes again. I asked again for the full refund and they asked me to be patient and did not want to refund. I said to them based on the UK law, failing to send the items within the agreed timeframe, the sender breaks the contract, the consumer has rights for refund. I had to get my bank involved to reclaim the money from them and will report them to chinese and uk and german authorities. Their customer service team is technically managed by one person called Sara and they just repeated the same thing and meaningless comforting words without addressing the issues and concerns.
In addition, the company appears to be based in germany and pretends to be an European company. In fact, all items are produced and shipped from China and the money is processed via a bank in Hong Kong. Be aware they are in fact a chinese company pretending to be an international company. They are a scam so be vilgilant. If you have problems with them, report them to the government agencies that regulate them and report them to your banks as a problematic company.
They deserve 0 star.
Scammers
Scammers. I purchased what was advertised as a 128TB SSD drive. 3.5weeks later they sent a very cheaply made 2TB SSD.
Shoddy material and workmanship and has left me out of pocket
I bought two quite expensive sun hats from this company, they looked nice on the website but in reality they were made and put together by shoddy materials and workmanship and not fit for purpose.
I was told to return them and I would be refunded. I had to spend a further £20 on posting them back to China. Hausof Mode say they never received the returns after 2 months but agreed to send me a partial refund out of goodwill!
So far I am out of pocket £60 ($80) and have nothing to show for it! Useless and very annoying experience

Item arrived after 2 weeks, terrible quality and nothing like it was advertised. So am trying to make a return but not able to open up their contact form to register the return.
Who is responsible for overlooking these daam fraudsters and helping customers to get their money back.
Why are these fake businesses allowed to defraud people and get away with it.
People don't use this dodgy business..
Its all deliberate.
Should be arrested for fraud..
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
I bought 3 wall lights on line from Haus Mode not even realising it was shipping goods from China.
When the lights arrived they had to be ASSEMBLED and did not look anything like what I had ordered.
I immediately contacted them via email. I was then offered a discount of 25% to keep them which increased to 30% when I refused to accept this. There was a return address label on the parcel in London BUT I was informed to return them to Asia (China) at my own cost. And to think about the environment and accept their discount!
Angry, conned and infuriated I have just sent the parcel back using Royal Mail at a cost of £47.80.
This is a complete scam!!
Haus Mode looks like a trendy Habitat style web site. IT IS MIS SELLING CHEAP AND NASTY PRODUCTS IN DISGUISE.
I just hope my OPUS credit card company will help me get my money back.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
And BEWARE I think they are trading on other sites with different names too.
Size Not as ordered
Blouse ordered in Medium arrived a tight Small. Poor quality. Not even going to try to return seeing the aggro and e xtra costs other purchasers have been thru. Wish I had researched earlier.
Awful service and poor quality items.
Awful service and poor quality items.I would not afford even 1 star to this company if I had a choice.
I ordered a man's cardigan but it arrived with 3 scags and did not look like the 1 we ordered, so I have tried to contact the company to return it many times to no avail. Their customer service is poor and seems emails are dealt with by many different people at their end and are not read through . All they are concerned about is trying to get me to give them a good review which I will not and buying more items which I definitely will not. The cardigan cost £50.00 which I can ill afford to lose but it seems I will.
My advice is DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Yet another Chinese Bandit
As with many other reviewers I am hugely dissapointed by both the quality of the garments, and uncut buttonholes which they claim is industry standard! Surely by now Trustpilot should introduce a no star score for companies of this level, who purport to be European and then insist returns have to go to China.
Beware Haus of Mode - a ripoff operation selling rubbish product
I wish I had read these comments before buying an absolutely rubbish pair of boots. Worse, they are the wrong size. They are marked as being a European shoe size of 43, whereas they are certainly 41. I sent Haus of Mode (HoM) a photograph showing my size 9 boots besides the boots they sent. They replied suggesting there was not a problem they could see! I am trying to return the boots without having to pay a return fee - in effect, they are asking me to pay more for their poor and incorrectly sized product.
Please, if you read this comment and most of the others, take heed and do not use Haus of Mode. They are a cheap and nasty rip off operation. They sell rubbish products and charge you if you want to return them.
Disgusting company
Terrible company. I purchased some hearing Aids, had to pay £10 for delivery. They didn't fit so had to send them back, which cost me £19 postage. All in all I've paid nearly £70 for a £34 product! Sent back 5 weeks ago, still waiting for my refund. They give every excuse under the Sun, for not paying me!! Don't ever deal with this company!!
service good
parcel traced from base (china)to my door all the way in the air through custom's pickup distribution hubs to local delivery to my door first class item well-made good material and works well only time will tell if it lasts
does what it says on the tin where the company gets all the bad reviews i do not know but this one item and not clothing
Bad product, questionable company
I would not give any stars if possible. Shabby badly made shoes. Very difficult to return as I kept being offered alternatives to returning them, such as 30% off next order. They aren't free returns so not worth paying a lot of money to return them. I wouldn't touch Haus Mode with a bargepole.

I made a mistake by not reading the reviews for the shop. I ordered some orthopaedic slippers, but what arrived was absolutely awful!!!! On top of that, they took three weeks to arrive from China!!!!!!! They won’t give me a returns form!!! It’s a scam!!!
