Cheap nasty jewelry and nothing like their photos. 😡🤬
Found the same ring on Temu for less than a tenth of the price, they offered me 25% refund or I have to send it back to Asia. Do not order anything from them.

Would like to give them no stars. Total scam website. Order 2pairs of leather mules. Arrived eventually, terrible fake mules.

Ordered a leather jacket 4xl. It turned up a month after the order. And it was rubbish leather and size must have been small. Don't use the site.

The company is a scam!

I bought two suitcases from them in January and the sliding handles broke at their very first usage. The product description suggested strength and reliability but this is complete rubbish and the company does not care about client satisfaction, good product or their reputation.

I bought from them because I thought it was a German company selling German products, the products come from china and they certainly do not seem to have the old German reputation of quality product and client service.

Do not waste your money on this company!

This is a fraudulent company that sells gumball jewelry. Please file a report with reportfraud.ftc.gov website and help close them down.

The jewelry I received is cheap and the craftsmanship is atrocious. It is nothing like the picture in the advertisement.
Do not waste your money!

I wish I had found these reviews instead of the ones which gave great reviews. While the designs were attractive, the items I received were in no way like the ads lead me to believe. The earrings were made of the cheapest possible materials. So disappointing!!!!!

This company advertises for purchase lovely jewelry but it is cheap inexpensive costume items. They use a fake online store featuring a woman who lives in Chicago, hand makes the jewelry, and is going out of business.

Scam, scam ,scam. Sadly I also thought the website looked real, with beautiful looking earrings in gold and silver at great prices. Sadly I never saw the reviews till it was too late. I ordered on June 1st 2025, no tracking number, no contact. When I emailed them , I was told my details where incorrect etc. I have now got my bank involved, still no crappy jewellery.

Just junk and cheap junk too.

SCAAAAM!! Started as ..Im retiring..stupid story (I mean Stupid Me!) about jeweller retiring, lovely old lady on the story, website full of lovely jewellery, looked up store seperately appeared to be legit store in Melbourne Australia DO NOT GET SUCKED IN!

The jewelry I bought was high priced junk custom jewelry. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the jewelry. When I tried to email them, my emails wouldn't go through. The website showed beautiful jewelry but it's a scam. I wouldn't have put any stars but it wouldn't let me write a review.

Karen Bags.com is a FRAUDULANT business!

These bags are NOT leather, they are NOT a "unique expression of craftsmanship" or "handcrafted with love, care and/or attention". There is NO tradition or heart in any of the details, as the write and claim on their Karen-Bags.com website. And they are not working out of a "small workshop", as they also claim on the site.

The flimsy bags that I received were made of cheap, synthetic materials and were made in a factory (in China) and sent in a thin, plastic shipping envelope from a Fulfillment Center in Commerce, California.

I ordered some Jordan Men's navy jogging bottoms purported to be on sale. They took an excessively long time to come and when they arrived, they were black, nylon, jogging bottoms who potentially might fit a young small teenager, but definitely not a large male. With a number 11 on. Nothing like what I ordered. I advised their customer service straight away. No surprise at the mistake, no offer of replacing them, but a continual offer to discount something which is probably worth about £10. at a push and not what I ordered. They also want me to pay to return an incorrect item. So obviously a scam lets do what we can too prevent them from continuing.

I bought earrings online from this company. What a mistake! The pictures online were really nice, will made Jewlery. What I got in the mail was just garbage! Things I would never, ever buy. I should have known better, but I was taken by these crooks. Do not buy from them.... You wouldn't dream of wearing this crappy jewlery.. No one would. Save your money.

This company is a complete scam. They apparently sell the cheapest junk they can find while producing different jewelry websites advertising materials of far higher quality. When your order comes, it is NOT what you bought online. I wrote and said that I wanted a refund. I was told to print/sign/scan a form, email it back to them, then mail the product back to CHINA, and then print/sign/scan ANOTHER form. Oh, and I was to pay for the shipping of the item myself. All of that, or they would give me a 20% refund. I then filed a complaint on PayPal, and they offered a 40% refund. I have refused and am pushing for a full refund. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these people.

The UTUBE advertising is very enticing! Their marketing is very clever and appears legit! After filing a claim with my bank for it took a month to hear from them! It’s all fake. The jewelry is trickling in, one at a time. I purchased nearly $200 as gifts. The jewelry received is 99cent store value. Something I would never wear. It’s a fraud and I don’t know how they get away with it?? They will reap what they sow.

They are group of fraudulent scammers. Please do not order anything from!

They impressed the payment with PayPal and attract customers through PayPal.

I have ordered clothes which on advertisement just the same as temu dress. I really familiar that was with temu. They buy cheap from Temu and sell three time’s higher. When I realised
I just cancelled immediately after the order. It was not processed but they did not refund. I ordered from original fashion trade name. Correspondence was from two others shops I didn’t have any linked with. Their intention is to direct customers attention elsewhere making them think that thy have mistaken with placing the complaint with a wrong company. THEY ARE WELL ORGANISED INTERNATIONAL SCAMMERS!

I then contacted PayPal and told but they asked me to contact the seller and they send their email. I was utterly confused as my responses are from some others not the one I placed the orders. They make customers attention elsewhere to make 30 days over when return the product. I have every reason to say they are all one organised group.
From the initial shop placed the order to all other to the delivery driver all are one group.

They said the delivery is coming but I waited upstairs to return the item with the same person without accepting it. I gave the delivery instructions but the driver came took photo of my door and handed over the parcel to my neighbour and I thought he’s mistaken that’s neighbours parcel. The driver was instructed to not to hand it to me as I said many time I don’t want the item.

It was forcefully delivered and my neighbour two days after handed it over to me. It was bloody ugly I wouldn’t even buy for my pet. The one I ordered was not their make. That’s that rubbish! On top of that wrong model wrong colour wrong length.

In their refund policy says 30 days to return but customer has to bear the return money. According to UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS ACT 1977 such kind of clauses are void and illegal !

Please be aware without reading the review even if it’s PayPal icon available such kind of order never should be placed.
