I made a mistake by not reading the reviews for the shop. I ordered some orthopaedic slippers, but what arrived was absolutely awful!!!! On top of that, they took three weeks to arrive from China!!!!!!! They won’t give me a returns form!!! It’s a scam!!!

Completely ripped off!

Purchsed a highland cow head wall sculpture, which is portrayed on the website as a beautiful, hand crafted strw-like item of generous dimensions.
What arrived was more akin to something Temu would be ashamed to give away. Less than half the size claimed, and moulded cheap plastic tat.
Returns policy non-existent. All emails to them ignored. And yet still they spam me with emails of offers.

This site appears to be close to a scam. The difference in quality between the advertised photos and the actual product I received was beyond imagination. The item I received was essentially a piece of trash that only vaguely resembled the product shown on the website.

Furthermore, it arrived damaged, and despite requesting a refund, I have received no response.

I also strongly suspect that the images used on the website have been taken from other companies.

Although the company is based in China, it uses a German domain name to mislead customers into believing it is a German company.

Do not ever buy from this company they are a disgrace they do not send the advertised item but some absolute rubbish item and do not refund they should be closed down they also reply to your complaints in German and refuse free returns label when the item you ordered is not the item they send you and rubbish quality

I made an order for £77.95 on 28th April and received no email confirmation. I have sent them 2 messages on their website and am yet to receive a reply. I see from Google that a lot of other people have had problems.

Dont buy from this company the items are pure rubbish. Im not going to return because they dont refund

Do not use this website! The quality is terrible and they demand you pay the shipping costs of the return. Per the other reviews, they demand you ship tracked to mainland China- I accepted their 25% discount to cut my losses.

I checked Trustpilot before ordering but there is a company with a very similar name (and better reviews...) that I must have mistaken for this one; I clearly didn't check carefully enough!

I would strongly advise avoiding this company.

The website presents itself as a German business, however after purchase it became clear the goods are shipped from Asia. This was not made clear at the point of sale.

The boots I received were very poor quality and not as described. When I contacted them to return the item, they refused to provide a proper return solution and instead repeatedly offered partial refunds or vouchers.

They then stated I would need to pay return postage to Asia, which would be disproportionately expensive compared to the value of the item. This appears to be a tactic to discourage legitimate returns.

Under UK consumer law, faulty or misdescribed goods should be refunded in full and the seller should cover return costs. This was not honoured.

Fake company. Abhorrent products that are so badly produced I wouldn't even give them to charity. Trying everything to wriggle out of refund/return. Suspect my money may be gone. Do not buy.

Ordered what I thought was free delivery Reiker sandals to discover £5.95 had been added to the order price for insurance I had not asked for - not impressed. Have emailed company to ask why this was added, and ask for a refund. Wish I had checked Trustpilot first, but appeared legitimate company on Google sponsored list.

I returned one of the items I ordered bc it was not the one I placed, not my mistake,and so I ordered 2 items and still have not received a store credit or the correct size item from them over a month ago. Would
like to give them no stars. Total scam website. Order 2 items and both qualities are of poor taste.
Not worth anything.

THIS IS A SCAM. Buy on your credit card. Write as many reviews as you can. Write to the payment platforms and ask them not to support this company. They appear European in all ways and send goods which do not meet EU trading standard and demand return to mainland china - tracked. they refuse to refund and offer 30% back maximum, TOTAL SCAM, do not trust

This company presents itself as an german one but they handle from Asia. This is for me a fraud. We ordered some shoes. We received them after 4 weeks even though the estimated delivery time was 4–6 days. As a German, I thought that was realistic. The same shoes are available on Temu for a quarter of the price. But since we were expecting authentic products, we didn’t order from there.

BEWARE!!!!I ordered a belt which came after a month of wait. To my utmost disappointment the fastening of the belt was missing, it is faulty. I contacted the email provided for customer services and have exchanged at least 5 emails with pictures of the broken belt , below is a copy of their response offering me a 15% discount on the purchase price for the faulty belt which cannot be worn at all without the fastening. The message is atrocious

Ordered two cord dresses. Only one arrived but they are adamant that I had two! I have sent photographic evidence but still they ignore it. I thought they were a German company but I see the tracking starts in China!!!! Beware buying from this scamming company. You will only get grief

Took nearly 2 months to deliver the shirt/jacket i ordered . looked nothing like the one on their website . Was horrible , ill fitting , looked like a rag and it is one of the word pieces of clothing if not the worst i have ever purchased . Their website looks like something spectacular and classy but the reality is nothing like it

Imposter company that represents as if German and yet products are directly shipping from China and there is no change in status of tracking since first day ordered and now this is day 13. Had I known it was shipping from China, I would have never purchased.

Wow. I wish I had read these reviews. I’ve been ripped off too. They claimed the cargo pants were stretch breathable material. They arrived 3 weeks late and are made from the cheapest cotton. Unbelievable. I stupidly pays £100 for two pairs. They have obviously tried getting out of it.
I’m now on with my bank to get my money back.

**DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY**The item sent was good but too small , I asked for an exchange for a bigger size but unfortunately I had a bereavement and missed the 14 day refund exchange time scale. I got zero empathy and standard robotic sentences about their policy . I don’t want money back I want to return the item and get a larger size but they wouldn’t . I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone they have no compassion you are just a money making number to them. Now u am stuck with something I can’t use that I paid £54 for. Angry is an understatement!!!

THIS IS A SCAM. I ordered four items of women's clothing. These arrived but were a strange shape. I immediately tried to contact them saying I wished to return the items... they replied repeatedly offering me offers of a discount on further items, many replies were in German and I repeatedly asked for the return form which was never sent to me. Only then did I look at other reviews and realise that I am unlikely to get my money back ... unless anyone has any ideas. I paid with a debit card, and wanted a refund... argh..
