Friendly person centred staff. They shared our sense of humour. Listened to our holiday preferences.
Prepared an itinerary that included flights, hotel, and car hire. Within our price range.

Not used a travel agent for years but went in for some information about booking a New York holiday.
The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Got flights & hotel booked for a cheaper price than we could've found (& it would have taken us days to do the research!). Also given useful local knowledge by staff who had recently visited. Will definitely be using this Hays branch again. Thank you
