Penelope took the time to explain all the aspect of the area and hotel we wanted to go to,, she spent a considerable amount of time getting the best price and travell times the we booked,, only to find I had picked the wrong hotel,, without hesitation Penelope cancelled everything and started from scratch then We re booked nothing was a problem,,, We highly recommend this branch of Hays Travel and highly recommend Penelope…

Great Experience
Richard was extremely helpful and I found the booking experience really easy. He took the time to explain everything in detail and even wrote a few notes down for me so I wouldn’t foget once I had got home.
