Bella was very patient with me. Nothing was any trouble for her. She took her time in explaining the different luggage sizes which I was getting confused about. Bella has given me confidence in knowing I will get my tickets in good time before my flight day.

I always deal with the same lady if possible and she is so nice and explains everything in detail and tells me my opinions

Julie's patience in a long 90 minute booking process was excellant.
