Lewis lovely man explained and fixed the job that needed doing.

Managed to come out quickly to quote for and replace my leaking boiler and a radiator that had seen better days. Great standard of work and let me know about a separate small issue that I was unaware of. New boiler is much quieter and everything was integrated with my existing nest thermostats.

I was delighted with every aspect of this company. They are totally professional, offered the best advice and carried out the work to perfection leaving a very tidy home. I will recommend and look forward to using them again

HDS have supplied and fitted a new boiler for us and come back every year to service. We have just ordered new radiators. Nothing but great service and would reccomend them for all your heating supplies.

Harry and the team always professional, polite & friendly to deal with. Great response times for any "emergency cover" and good communication from the Back Office team too. Reasonable prices - quotes given before any work, and then just get on and get things sorted. leave the place spotless too! Have used them for over 10 years and great to see they have maintained the same standards throughout - Highly recommended!!

From start to finish there was no communication, plumber turned up without letting me know, then I had to come home from work early , took several visits & then had you send two others out to complete the job as shower was not connected properly & workmanship was not great.
I do understand things happen but this was rather disappointing.
